Great property! The house is great and the outside area is wonderful too. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Jeff and Morgan are easy to reach and very accommodating. We were 4 generations and everyone had plenty of space. This was our second year and we've already booked for next summer!

The house was clean. The host was attentive.The kitchen was well stocked. My family enjoyed the open floor plan where we were able to enjoy our time together without being on top of one another. There's lots of room to move about and have your own space but still enjoy being with family.

Our group of 9 stayed Labor Day weekend. We absolutely loved the beautiful property. More than enough room in the main house & the carriage house across the street. Everything was very clean. There was a lot of outdoor seating on the patio, decks & by the fire pit. The boat dock was very easy to use with our jet ski. The host & property manager were very helpful & responsive. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! I highly recommend this property.

This lake house was perfectly situated from the city of Canandaigua with a gorgeous frontage property. The lake is quite shallow in this cove, which was great for little kids to swim. The kitchen was stocked with all that you'd need and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time!

We visited Sandy Beach Haven with four families and we had a great time.The many bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their persoanl space while the large common areas both inside and out made gathering together super easy.The house was clean and well stocked.I don't think there was a single item we were missing!The lake is crystal clear at the house and the shallow water around the dock made swimming with the kids much easier.Every day we would rotate from playing in the water to eating at the large outdoor dining table and then to the firepit to watch the sunset.We couldn't ask for more.Thanks Jeff and Morgan!

The property is exactly as described or even better! The house is extremely well maintained and the proximity to the lake and nearby amenities is second to none.Our extended family stayed for the week and there was plenty of room to gather altogether and also spread out as families. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and everyone in our party spoke about the desire to return again in the future.The communication with the host was superb and helped ease all of the logistics. Having stayed in many different rental properties, we were extremely impressed by and appreciative of the attention to detail in order to make our stay positive.

We enjoyed being on the lake. The children enjoyed the tree house. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this house and carriage house for extended families

Amazing stay! Each room was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, from the 2 kitchens, the ease of checkin, responsive hosts, and the house was gorgeous! With a large dock, kayaks, a boat lift for overnight storage. Plenty of parking! Clean and super nice. It was perfect for our family reunion!

We had a lovely stay. The property easily accommodated the 13 members of my family. We used the gas grill and ate several meals at the large outdoor table. The well furnished kitchen made meal prep easy with plenty of seats for dining. The location was great - stores and restaurants just minutes away. We also made great use of the kayaks and floaties and outdoor firepit watching the sun set in the western sky.

A wonderful stay at a cozy lake house

The house fit our needs perfectly--just the right size for our small family, clean, comfortable, everything we needed to cook, dine, play, and relax. Plus, a great view of the lake and spectacular sunsets!

Best vacation

The house is even better than the description and I’ve never seen a rental this clean! Tons of space for the kids to play and stay busy while the parents relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. Our stay was a treat and we hope to be back every year!

A beautiful home right on the water. The location is great, only a couple minutes from town. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Morgan was our contact and readily available for any questions we had. We loved the space inside and outdoors and hope to be back next summer!
