An upstairs Legacy Villas suite overlooks the lap pool and grill area. Enjoy a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and dining table. The kitchen includes all major appliances, and there's a stacked washer/dryer. The bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and storage. Bathroom features a separate shower and soaking tub.



The Space:

An upstairs one bedroom at Legacy Villas. The unit overlooks the community lap pool and grill area. It is just a short-walk to the hammock garden, clubhouse and fitness room. The living/dining room has a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, recliner and a dining table for six. The kitchen features all major appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, microwave and dishwasher. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, nightstand and chest of drawers. The bathroom offers a separate shower and soaking tub in addition to a large vanity. The villa offers all the comforts needed for a stay of a few nights to a few weeks. The unit can be combined with LV014 (Upstairs Legacy Villas Studio with a View of the Pool) to create a spacious two bedroom villa (subject to availability).

The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!



Getting Around:

Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

Nice Choice!

After researching many other properties in this area, we were pleased with this condo and its lovely surroundings. Close to restaurants and shopping and the pools were great! Would stay here again.

We appreciate your suggestions regarding the notepad and TV instructions; we are always looking for small ways to make the stay more convenient for our guests. Regarding the coffee situation, we actually equip all of our units with Keurig machines. Occasionally, a previous guest will leave behind their own traditional drip pot as a personal preference, which can lead to some confusion! We reached out to you several times during your stay to see if there was anything we could do to improve your experience, and had we known about the trouble with the drip pot, we would have been happy to help you locate the Keurig immediately. In the future, please never hesitate to reach out with even the smallest question—we are here to help! We hope to welcome you back for a longer, fully caffeinated stay very soon.

Great Place To Stay For The BNP Paribas Open

Great location for the BNP Paribas Open. Less than 10 mins drive to IW Tennis Garden. Also close to shops and restaurants. This was the best location in the resort, overlooking the pool and nice views from the balcony. Great for early morning swimming.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The condo is outstanding. Has everything you need including the kitchen which allowed us cook all of our meals. We have stayed in many other units at Legacy Villas and this one was our favorite. It's also located next to a very nice lap pool which was our favorite. We highly recommend this unit!

Perfect quiet work getaway

Property was quiet, secure, and clean. Stayed for little under a week for a work conference. Location is close to Old La Quinta and a short drive to the grocery stores. Nice condo, good location

Well maintained overlooking a lap pool and hot tub. 3 minute drive to Old LaQuinta. We had to change the booking dates and the property manager was very accommodating. Hope to be back next year.

Great place to get away!

Our impression of the property was it was well maintained, Alot of pools, nice area for walking, dog friendly, property was well kept and had what we needed. We didn't consider the time of year and the weather. Next time we will probably book later in the spring. But, all and all it was a nice place to stay.

as great as it gets!

we had a last minute trip to la quinta and was able to grab this picture perfect property that met more than our expectations. it was perfectly clean and well stocked. we enjoyed the location and how close it was to pool. it was our first time using a digital, “in house” check in/check out station and we very much loved the convenience and the dining recommendations! definitely will be coming back for an extended stay. thanks so much.

La Quinta Stay

The property was nice and looked like the pictures. The only complaint was that it was short on amenities that we usually get when staying at a VRBO. For example, there was only a few tissues left in the box, and no back up supply-- so we had to find a store and supply our own. Also a small basket of snacks would have greatly improved our disposition upon arrival as our plane was late we arrived later than we expected. These are only suggestions for thought. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was outstanding.
