Why they chose this property

We wanted a place within walking/biking distance of Downtown. We fell in love with the tall ceilings and heart pine wood floors. We also love the yard for all the great palm trees azaleas & camellias.

What makes this property unique

This is a great old Pensacola home that's been painstakingly & lovingly renovated by me & my family. Definitely one of a kind!
