This house is perfect a family get away. It has a great pool with available heating. It has lots of beds and everything you need in the kitchen. The owner is responsive and accomodating. This home is also very convenient to the Florida Tech campus. We have stayed here multiple times to visit our college student. Perfect spot. Very close to beach, shopping and dining!!!

We had an issue with the refrigerator on the day we checked in we gave Andy a call late that night and he was there first thing next morning with a new refrigerator.

Atleast the beds are comfortable

Enjoyed our stay because I was more concerned with making my family happy... but I was personally very disappointed in cleanliness considering how much I paid to stay here for my daughter's 18th birthday!!! I hired a photographer and was embarrassed.... the landscaping was awful. There was a thick layer of dust on every ceiling fan, exhaust fans were clogged, I replaced the very dirty ac filter, dust bunnies in corner, cobb webs everywhere... I really expected fresh paint and everything in good condition. Also the master bedroom was hot, I had to buy a fan. There was no where to hang anything. Had to put my towel on a hanger...They really mean it when they say they don't supply many supplies. The cups weren't cute so I had to buy those also...

Great Stay -- convenient location to FIT

The house was perfect for our stay to visit Florida Institute of Technology. There were plenty of bedrooms and the pool was a great place to hang out!! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to campus. It was also convenient to the grocery store and beach.

Perfect for our spring break vacation!

We booked this home after our cruise was cancelled. The property is minutes from MLB airport but we never heard any noise from the airport. Before and during our stay the property manager was very responsive. When the configuration of our party changed they graciously provided an air mattress to accommodate the change is sleeping arrangements we required. When our arrival, car pickup and grabbing lunch went much more quickly than we anticipated they graciously allowed us to check into the home an hour early. The house worked perfectly for us. Plenty of seating to hang out and to eat. Grill by the pool that we used to prepare dinner while the kids swam. Only a few minutes drive to the ocean (bring quarters for the parking meters or get them from the credit union a couple blocks from the ocean). We all enjoyed the pool, especially on days when it was too windy to safely enjoy the ocean. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had a selection of spices, k-cups, cooking oils, etc which were a nice surprise. Decent supply of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Beach towels, mats, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc provided which we used to enjoy our days at the beach. Bought meat from the meat market suggested in the welcome binder and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. Worked well for everyone in our party; my husband and I, my 74 yo mother, our children, 12,14 and 16 and our 20 yo nephew.

The neighborhood seems to be in transition. A few doors down some new homes going up, but it is an older neighborhood with some properties that don't look like they're even tended too. This home appears to need a good power wash as their was algae on the front and back. We walked in and were met with a very powerful bleach smell, with an underlying odor I described as dirty diapers meet a garbage odor. They had all ceiling fans going too which must have been trying to air the odor. I never reached out to owner about odor, I assumed the cleaning company must make them aware of issues. They do supply air freshener. 😣 The house was clean, the one bed we used was comfortable, pool was nice, except the neighbors dogs barking anytime we went outside. They did have a grill, kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots etc. Overall, we only stayed 3 days and we were out most of the time, but that odor never went away. Might be a good rent for some guys to golf in the area or explore. We weren't too familiar with the area, no fault of owner, and would have preferred to be on the other side of the causeway.

Family long weekend getaway

We came up from West Palm for a long weekend with family (4 adults, 1 child). Communication with owner was great from the start, very prompt. House was lovely... decor was nice, layout was good, back yard was big with a huge pool!! Location was perfect, quiet neighborhood setting but only a short drive to Downtown Melbourne as well as the beach. Definitely recommend 👌
