The Sandy Beach House boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a blend of comfort and style. The master bedroom complete with a Queen size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan opens into an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity, while the other two bedrooms both offer ceiling fans and air conditioning. The main bathroom has a full-sized bath tab, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Outfitted with modern amenities like Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, a big screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, this property ensures a seamless and comfortable stay. To provide as much convenience as possible the duplex also has an internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. Parking for 1 car is available under the sunshade.

Had another lovely stay. The other two people who i was travelling with really enjoyed the location and the accommodation. This is the 6th time i have stayed and it never disappoints. The accommodation has been upgraded which was nice.

Could not fault the presentation or position. Kitchen well equipped. Would have liked the linen package put on the beds and only other negative is that the ensuite does not have a door for privacy.

Unfortunately the local linen hire company does not include bed making as part of their service as they are not insured to provide this. Was very good property. There is a fair bit of foot traffic walking past the property throughout the day and quite close to the house with people walking dogs etc across lawn. No tea towels /bath mats supplied, were advised no linen which is fine however, my need to be updated to say nothing supplied such as tea towels.

Property is very well located, close to Salamander Bay shops and Anchorage. Beach is quieter than the other side of the Anchorage so this is an excellent location.
Lovely accommodation , instantly relaxed with the beautiful views and waterfront access. Easy trip to local shops, restaurants and the golf course We will be checking calendars to see when we can plan a return trip

Lovely, modern property conveniently located right on the beach. Great for families with young kids. We had a lovely time staying over the long weekend. Will definitely return!
Our stay at Sandy Beach house was nothing short of amazing. With small children, the convenience of staying on the waterfront is something not to be missed.
The grassed area out the front is perfect for picnics, and the sandy beach is just metres away for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, and building sandcastles.
The house is furnished stylishly, well equipped, and lovely and clean!
The wifi, foxtel, and aircon throughout was most appreciated, however, for us the view and ability to sit and admire the gorgeous sunsets was the best part of our stay!!
We will definitely be back!
