Beautiful, quiet apartment in an elevated position in the area of Agii Theodori with panoramic view. The property is situated on a hill in the middle of the island providing a perfect base from which to explore all of Corfu. The house is very appropriate also for winter holidays, since central heating is provided.
The apartment is located in a high ridgeline, providing a peaceful oasis away from the crowded tourist areas. The elevated position provides a nice refreshing atmosphere from the summer heat.
The apartment has 3 balconies. Two of the balconies are located at the front of the apartment providing perfect views of the water, surrounding hills, villages, Corfu town and mainland Greece.
The space is designed for you to relax and is equipped for practical living. It features a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area. The bedroom has a quality double bed and a high quality orthopedic mattress. The couch in the lounge room also converts into a double bed. There is a washing machine for your convenience, as well as central heating if staying in the colder months of the year.
The apartment has everything required for self-catering with a large fridge-freezer, hob and oven and all the pots and utensils you would expect.
There are two air conditioning, one in each room for the hot days in the summer.
There is also plenty of space to relax inside or on the balcony area where you can also dine with amazing views over Corfu island.
All the patio doors and windows had fly screens to keep out wasps and mosquitos. This is great as allow the cool breeze to circulate around the apartment.
