Hello! We are Eric and Sarah of Claxton Prine Properties. Eric is in real estate and Sarah is a children's author. We live and work together in Philadelphia with our young son Fritz and we love to travel often. Eric lived in Savannah for many years and Sarah loves visiting this beautiful home.
Why they chose this property
Eric started his business in Savannah and bought the house because it was the best in the district! When he moved away and subsequently met and married Sarah, they held onto this gem of a property as a rental, later deciding to keep it as a vacation rental to help it reach its full potential and so they can come back from time to time and enjoy it too.
What makes this property unique
The beautiful courtyard is the highlight of this space! In addition, there's a gorgeous office/library, awesome working and decorative fireplaces, and so much character. It's truly a home away from home. Plus, the location can't be beat!
