Retire after a long day of recreation to one of 2 luxuriously appointed bedrooms and catch some quality z's! With each offering premium mattress sets, high thread-count linens, posh bedding and flat screen TVs, you're sure to enjoy quality rest and relaxation during your much-deserved beach getaway! The master offers a king bed, the second includes a queen bed, and the sofa in the living room pulls out for a queen sleeper sofa, which allows 6 guests to sleep comfortably! Pamper yourself after a day on the beach in the master's glamour bath, complete with a 2-person jetted tub and large separate walk-in shower, plenty of counter and cabinet space and plush oversized 100% cotton bath towel sets.

Outstanding long weekend

The condo was perfect, well-appointed and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. Close to great restaurants, sports bar and shopping. Views, beach and pool easily accessible. Can't wait to come back.

Perdido Key was a great location even on July 4th weekend. It’s quieter on this end of the strip. We loved the condo, and the communication from management couldn’t have been better!!

Great Location and Wonderful Condo

Check in process couldn't be easier. The unit and property in general is very clean. Location is close enough to restaurants, stores, and attractions, but far away enough to be quiet and easy going. Condo is beautifully decorated, functional, and quite spacious. Awesome views from the large windows and balcony. Great restaurants around for fresh seafood. We would visit again for a relaxing vacation.

The property was amazing, nice views of the gulf. The management company was very receptive and prompt. We had an minor issue with one of the appliances and the management company addressed it immediately, even during a rainstorm. Very impressive! Would definitely consider booking there again!

Lovely vacation condo

We loved this beautiful condo! Just keep in mind you might have to park across the street if parking lot is full. Found we had to do this if we left for dinner. Also, make sure you get to the beach early to get good location for your beach chairs! The attendant we had was super nice and moved us up daily!

Quality furnishings, well stocked with kitchen equipment, nicely decorated, very clean. Owners called at 9:30 a.m. to say unit was ready. Keypad entry so we didn't have to carry a key.

Spring break

I had my girlfriend and her 7 year old son for his spring break. We stayed 1 week. We loved the location and the condo was amazing. Beautiful views, you're very high up. You can actually see the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Very quiet and private. Close to the famous flora bamma. Top of the line. I would recommend this to anyone, and we will be back.

Loved it!

I absolutely loved this condo! The furnishings, the décor, the 16th floor............ all came together to make my stay wonderful! This particular trip was not for exploring restaurants or finding things to do; it was for the rest and relaxation and the view!! My favorite spot was the reading chair, in the bedroom, facing the gulf!! I will specifically choose this condo on my next trip, where there will be much more activity, swimming and going out to eat of which there seems to be an endless selection of whatever I may be in the mood for! I cannot wait to come back here :)

Wonderful accommodation!

The condo was ideal .... we were a little nervous about the "new listing" and no reviews, but our last-minute gamble worked out great. The condo is very nice - plenty of room, nice furniture, 3 nice TV's (we caught a little bad weather), the balcony had a nice view - the access from the master is terrific. The property manager was great (had a little difficulty with the wi-fi password - they were very responsive). The beach is gorgeous and the beach chair service had the "good" beach chairs. Lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores within 5 miles. Pensacola Naval Air Station (with museum) just down the road. We had a great stay. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Great place to stay!

First of all, the view is amazing! It was on the 16th floor. Check in at 4:00 gets kind of crazy at the condo because everyone is trying to check in so there was a long wait for the elevators. Also, we received the text that we could check in to our room, however, when we opened the door the cleaners were still there and hadn’t finished cleaning. They were nice about it but we could tell they rushed to finish up and get out of there because the floors weren’t clean but with a quick sweep of the vacuum in the facility it wad perfect. Besides those things, it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed it. The beach and pool was nice. Location is close enough to go to Pensacola, Orange Beach, or Gulf Shores to have dinners and check out all the places. We like that. There is also a couple public beaches nearby that were less busy than the condo’s beach if you bring your own umbrella and chairs. We preferred doing that just due the crowds.

Blissful Retreat

This unit is on the 16 th floor on the end so the noise from neighbors was minimal. Everything within the unit was clean and well kept up. We had a restful vacation which is what we were looking for, the beach chair service included with the unit was a nice addition. Multiple excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Location perfect, beach not overcrowded, pools clean and larger than I realized.

No parking pass when we arrived, RUDE security guard. However, condo was nice and well equipped.

Will not return to this location- too crowded for our liking. Rude security guard, building itself was not well kept, not a secure location. However, the condo itself was perfect despite a clogged sink and a few cleaning, or lack of, issues. Will continue to use VRBO!

Relaxing get away!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. No problems with the condo. Nice get away after being cooped up due to COVID. I really enjoyed the location of the condo and nearby places to eat. We loved the beach and saw dolphins and a sting ray. Overall we had an amzing time and would recommend to other families.

The perfect condo for a beach getaway!

The condo did not disappoint! The management company was excellent and great at communication. The only complaint I was going to leave, was that the master bedroom bed needed to be replace. However, the owner already had a mattress scheduled to be delivered while we were there. The new bed is great! Also, we saw dolphins every day from the balcony!
