This beautiful property was in mint condition, clean, well-stocked, quiet, tastefully decorated, and in a perfect location. Chris was so easy to work with! He provided the best house information that we’ve ever seen, full of lots of information and minutely detailed as to the logistics of the property. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!

Simple, clean place in a great location. Only downside is you can hear footsteps quite a bit from the above unit, but besides that it was a great stay.

Quick walk to shops and restaurants downtown and easy access to vineyards. Comfortable flat for two couples and most everything you need in kitchen/bath is provided. Lovely little patio with micro vineyard. It is, however, an old house and when a group checked in upstairs it was noisy at times. No sleeping if they are up before you!

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and loved how close this place was to downtown Napa. It he outdoor area was very nice and we enjoyed the fresh oranges from the orange tree. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay was just what we needed for a group of friends celebrating milestone birthdays. House was centrally located, allowing for easy walk ability to many downtown napa locations. Perfect for after a day of traveling to wineries.

Perfect Napa getaway

Great location, great property. I’ve already recommended it to friends and would definitely return. Proximity to downtown Napa is just perfect. The courtyard is a perfect place to enjoy a drink, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Perfection in Napa

We’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals over the years and this is by one of the absolute best. This home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and renovated, inside and out. Everything you could possibly need is provided and you are steps away from amazing shops and dining. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss out on this Napa gem!

Perfect venue for family and friends. Great Location and clean, comfortable 2bed/2 bath.

It was the perfect home base for a long weekend of touring and tasting. Check-in was clear and easy. Everything was as described. Particularly liked the quality of the beds and pillows. Only minor recommendation would be to clearly mark the step down upon entry. It was noted but perhaps reflective tape or something might make it even clearer in the dark. Our only other recommendation is a small "grip" mat under the rugs to make sure they are "no slip" on the floors. Small feedback on a really great stay! Would definitely book again!

Perfect Stay!

We loved this house! We rented the top floor along with one of the downstairs apartments for a group of 5 couples and it was plenty of space. We walked to downtown Napa every day, the convenience can’t be beat! The hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful, we would definitely stay here again!
