The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a spacious kitchen with Corian counter tops, solar hot water heater, backup generator, walk in closet in the master bath, and a laundry room. Ceiling fans and AC units in all rooms. The property is fenced with 3 electric gates, ample driveway and mature fruit trees. All situated on a quiet street with other nice homes and easy access to public transit, grocery stores, gas station, restaurants and many other conveniences. Five minutes from Limetree Bay Terminal.
