This western motif residence offers a great room with a wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the second with two queen beds, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate partial slope views from the deck, as well as the convenience of being steps from a skiway that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access. Additional property amenities include a complimentary shuttle service, a year-round pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, BBQ grills, and an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Comfy stay and great location

We are repeat Kiva renters and will always come back! The location is great- the ski-in/out access is awesome and walking to the village is quick and easy. We love the pool and hot tubs after a day of skiing. Front desk staff are professional and easy to work with. This unit was comfortable and had all the basics for eating in. Everyone loved their bed and the fireplace.
