THIS EXCLUSIVE VACATION HOME SITS ON 3 LOTS WITH PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS 5BR/3BA - BR1: 1Q, BR2: 1Q, BR3:2Q, BR4:1K, BR5:2F - Smith's Bermuda has a storied history on the island and one of the few to have rarely found North Carolina cypress wood paneling adorning the walls of this nostalgic beach home. The original structure of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was constructed across the Owners' three oceanfront lots but relocated to the Owners' 3 second row lots across the street after surviving Hurricane Floyd. This is where another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom were added to make it the sizable 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with elevator it is today. Smith's Bermuda is it! (watch the online video) - your own island comprised of 3 oceanfront and 3 second row lots and exclusivity on the beach like no other home on Oak Island can offer!! The outside deck space is huge and a spot you will surely enjoy all vacation long! Enjoy large living and dining areas (seats 12) and a huge enclosed sunroom to watch all the activity outdoors and in. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer and ice maker, cable TV, refrigerator and freezer on ground floor, enclosed outside shower with H/C water, open rinse shower, park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning station, 4 car parking and more!
