Expect noise, odor, restricted walkways, and contractor staging as crews work floor by floor. Dates depend on weather.

Stairwell Door Repairs (Nov 2 – Nov 20)
Expect noise and brief delays. Do not prop or block stairwell doors; use the elevator and follow posted signs.

Pool Replaster (Nov 2 – Nov 19)
The pool, spa, and pool deck will be closed.

Balcony Floor Work (Dec 7 – Dec 18)
All balcony furniture must be cleared for south balcony work. Access to balconies limited.

Contractor vehicles and equipment will occupy spaces. Use overflow parking if needed and avoid parking in work zones.**

Caribbean 703 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is a one bedroom, one a a half bathrooms, with a king size bed that is calling your name! This unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, 2 children and even your family dog (one small dog, additional fee)! There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds that offer extra sleeping space for your family. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, children only please!) Stay connected while you are away with the WiFi, two TVs, VCR and DVD players, and stereo system that Caribbean 703 is complete with! Enjoy your coffee in the morning with a Keurig dual coffee maker. Or enjoy a cocktail in the evening on your private beach front balcony! The fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit provide the comfort and amenities of home while you are away. The location of this property is perfect with its calm and quiet of being away from town yet in very close proximity to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

This property has easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast while also providing you with both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally). Other amenities that Caribbean offers are steam room, sauna, exercise room, BBQ grills and an elevator for ease of access. Please, No Smoking.

The location was awesome. Everything was great except the location of the bunk beds. The bottom bunk height was to low for an adult a kid would probably be ok.

Location was ok. Older property but right on the beach. The condo itself may have needed some upgrades and could have been a little more clean upon arrival. Removal of previous guest(s) sex toy could have made the stay a little more PG considering we brought our kiddos.

The unit was nice and as advertised. The shower curtain was moldy, I let them know and it was replaced as soon as possible. We never could navigate the TV, so that was slightly irritating. But we didn’t come to the beach to watch television. The outdoor pool was not very clean. We had to leave one day at 9, for pest control, so we had to find something to do that would include our dog, then had to keep checking to see if it was completed. Then one night the elevator wouldn’t work, so the dog never got to go out. Seventh floor didn’t lend to taking the stairs. There are enough paper products to get you started, so you might want to bring some extra.

We love this dog friendly condo complex right on the beach! It’s not too big with only 4 units per floor and a total of 8 floors. Easy parking and close to EVERYTHING. Only negative is no dogs allowed on beach.

Caribbean is a great location on West Beach Blvd. Its size and dog-friendly status are definitely pluses. You can enjoy the beach views while you walk your dog on the boardwalk at Gulf Place, and the State Park has terrific lake views at the dog park.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room we were on was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was very clean. The only thing i can say that was a negative was the smell of the trash coming from the dumpster at the main entrance into the condo.. we will definately stay here again.

Fantastic location. Nice property. We had some issue with shower. Couldnt get help at night but got help in the morning. Lot.of good restaurants within 3 mile radius.

Beautiful view of the gulf and great location. Overall the condo was nice. The updates it did have were nice. Could use a few more updates. Definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.
