Fabulous First floor Oceanfront condo in the heart of Newport`s Nye Beach district. Enjoy your beach vacation in style in this well furnished and beautifully appointed condo with dramatic ocean and beach views, and easy access to miles of sandy beaches. Also, this condo is handicapped friendly.

You're within walking distance to everything in the Nye Beach district of Newport. Discover Nye Beach's historic charm, book stores, shops and restaurants. Walk to all of this as well as miles of sandy beach. The renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium and Yaquina Bayfront tourist district are just a short drive away. In downtown Newport you'll find many more shops and restaurants.

We had a great time at the condo. The view and location were perfect overlooking Nye Beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. The condo also had everything we needed. I’d recommend bringing some wood for a beach fire at night; there wasn’t anywhere close to get any. We’ll definitely stay here again

The area is great, very close to shopping and the beach is literally steps away! The unit we stayed in was good but could use some general maintenance. Nye Beach is a good starting point for sightseeing in either direction on 101. We would stay here again!

Amazing views! Very clean, and great communication with the manager. The only thing that was a bit confusing was where the key was located and the numbering on the building. However, that could be more of an us problem than the property problem :) Highly recommend this location. Nearby restaurants had delicious food and phenomenal service.

The property has a used feeling, holes in pillows, broken leg on chair and not clean. It has a great view of the ocean and bed was comfortable. For the price, expected much nicer and cleaner accommodations. Very disappointed!
