Charming waterfront TWO STORY townhome with gorgeous views of the bay and bridge. Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay.

Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level.

Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide.

Revel in the lovely views of the bay and bridge and get comfortable in the living room, which boasts a striking orange sectional, wood floors, and plentiful natural light. Warm up by the fire while you read a book or catch a movie on the smart flatscreen cable TV, or relax on the balcony when the weather is nice. Wonderful stay! The view from the condo is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable, well-stocked, and nicely updated. Although the weather was rainy, enjoying a cozy fire while taking in the view of the bay and bridge was perfect. If only our stay could have been longer—hopefully we’ll be back!

This property was well stocked with all the things you would have at home- dishes, pans, towels, blankets- everything! Beautiful view of the bay and bridge. Easy access to walking trail and close to the marina for fishing and crabbing. We enjoyed our time there and would choose this place again.

My name is Colleen Harris. I purchased my first home in this lovely community in 2012. I am an Oregon native, and it has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a home at the beach. My father was born in Toledo, just nine miles east of Newport, so I always loved coming and visiting this part of the coast. I plan to retire here someday, and hope you enjoy my home as much as I do!

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because of the stunning view of the Yaquina Bay Bridge, and the proximity to the Aquarium and all the other amenities in the area. I also love to beach comb. Our neighbor is an artist and we love watching what she makes with my beach comb findings.

What makes this property unique

The views from the living room are gorgeous. We have tons of wildlife, a very active harbor seal population and bird population that keep us very entertained. I provide binoculars so you can get a close up view of action. There is also a ton of boats going in and out to the ocean, so there is lots to watch if you are so inclined.
