This was the perfect location and space for our visit to Santa Cruz! It was so clean, cozy, and the hosts were super communicative and helpful. Parking was easy and in close proximity to the room. Would definitely stay again!

Room was just as advertised and clean. It was perfect for an overnight with a convenient location from the freeway. Parking was on the street, but just fine. The host was very polite and friendly with good communication. Great place for a single person or couple looking for convenient and comfortable lodging in close proximity to beaches.

This is the cutest little room with everything you need: comfy bed, nice hot shower, good quality linens and towels. Very thoughtful space. We also enjoyed sitting out in the little outdoor sitting area. Convenient, clean, and quiet at night. Love the sky light and enjoyed waking to birds each morning.

It was a great stay. Bed was super comfy, shower pressure was great, the only complaint I had was the TV volume went up loud during commercials. So of course out of courtesy for the tenants I would want to turn it down then back up each time. I know that happens with flat screens about every 2-3 years in my experience. But otherwise, it was a nice neighborhood too. Would recommend to other airb and b-ers. Thanks so much!!!!!

Nice little getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for one night to enjoy the Santa Cruz area. It was a nice location, easy to access and a comfortable stay. It is a small space, so we would not stay here for an extended stay, but for our short trip it was perfect for us!

Very cute place with a great host!

This was perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location; an easy drive to downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola. Really appreciated all of the amenities - shower stuff, hairdryer, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, TV, etc.

Comfortable, great stay

The property was clean and cozy, everything was stocked up for us, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, check-in and check-out were easy, the listing is true to what you get. It was perfect for us for a couple nights. When we go to Santa Cruz again we will definitely be coming back. This is a great property!

Cozy place with a fantastic location

Extended family gathering in several homes in the twin lakes beach area of Santa Cruz. This place was perfect to have privacy & somewhere to have all of your stuff while we gathered with family @ beaches, restaurants & their Vrbo’s 🤗 easy place to access & clean
