This was our best 4th of July ever. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to the boardwalk, but also easy walk to many great hikes. Downtown is charming, went to Mystery spot, Aptos, it was perfect. The Boardwalk and its view of the ocean and rides and fair food was fantastic. We will be back.

The Boardwak Haven was everything we needed for our stay in Santa Cruz. Easy entry, amenities provided, great communication from owners, close to everything, and easy exit. We fell in love with Cali all over again! Thanks for being such wonderful hosts:).

Cozy stay

My family and I loved our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and is a pleasant walk to the boardwalk and coffee shops (The Buttery was delicious). I made a mistake when booking and the hosts were so understanding and communicated effectively with me the whole time. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

The rental was just what we wanted with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for me, my wife and her sister. Clean and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. Great location with easy walks to the beach, the boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz. Reasonable price per night. Thanks!

Enjoyable stay. Unit was very clean, nicely decorated and in a convenient location (as promised) close to the beach and downtown. The kitchen had all needed items and large enough to easily allow meal preparation. Host was highly responsive to questions.Only survey question that was hard to respond to since it was not part of our stay was the “winery experience” - gave a “3” rating when a N/A would be more appropriate!

Condo complex is dated and needs some tlc, but it’s gated, pretty quiet, and close to the boardwalk. Seemed like a safe location. Inside is nicely updated. Kitchen is pretty well equipped with the exception of knives—really bad and difficult to use. We had a few issues, but property management responded quickly and did what they could to mitigate issues. Overall I would recommend.
