No pets, and no smoking permitted.

Max. of six (6) people allowed @ condo, including children.

Tenants must sign the Condo s Rules and Regulations with their lease.

Six (6) Beach Badges provided by the homeowner as a courtesy for the tenant(s). However, they are not guaranteed. Lost badge cost comes out of tenant security deposit.
