Great stay

We came up for a short vacation. The location was perfect. The grounds were well maintained. Pool was spotless. It was so nice to meet Rosie. She is the best. We will definitely return for our next visit to the cape. We would highly recommend this spot.

Nice

Everything was perfectly fine. When you're paying a cleaning fee, to request that guests take out their own trash seems (and leave an envelope out for a tip for the cleaning person) seems like a bit much.

Overall the condo was as advertised however we found that the bunk beds were pretty uncomfortable for adults and so close to the refrigerator that the noise from it disturbed sleep. The 2 bed pillows on the full bed were very hard, not comfortable at all. It was difficult to determine how to operate the air conditioning to cool the room. There was only one Handicap Parking spot and there were 3 spots designated for compact cars in front, which meant you could not park close to your room on the ground floor, even if you had a handicap tag. The staff were not very friendly or helpful when asked questions, especially about the free bus to P’town. The noise from the second floor rooms was loud on the ceiling of the first floor, especially at night. And, you could hear TV noise from next door at night as well. I would not stay here again.

Great location. Cute and clean.

Parking was right out front and the property was very close to beaches and restaurants. The pool was clean and nice too.

Great little getaway

Excellent communication with property manager, Maurice. Clean and comfortable space, perfect for a couple or even small family. Central location, close to P-Town and beaches but far enough away from the hustle and bustle!

Comfortable experience.

The property is conveniently located for a short travel to just about anything worthwhile in Cape Cod. Quiet area during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. Communication with the manager was exceptional. We had a great experience staying at Braemar. Would recommend and thanks again!

Great little place in a good location

This place was perfect for a girls trip. Sleeps four comfortably, clean, had everything we needed and check in and check out were a breeze. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown provincetown, which was perfect!
