A beautiful house, in a great location. Saw lots of deer from the porch and backyard and everyone in our group loved the place and had an amazing time!
Great property very well stocked. Our group had such a great time, description was very accurate and the hosts Steve and Ginny were very welcoming and accommodating.

Disliked: Check-in
This home is in a great location and would sleep a ton of people if all rooms were usable. Georgetown is such a fun little town and we could walk downtown in minutes. We had quite a few issues. 1. Windows would not open in the upstairs bedroom, it was too warm to sleep in there. 2. Several raccoons in the kitchen one night. They made a huge mess, carried out food, scared our family and our dog and generally wrecked our night / day. We spent hours cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen. 3. Dirty silverware, dishes and linens4. We never received check in instructions so had to contact vrbo hours before check in. Also were surprised at the lengthy check out instructions (stripping beds, washing and drying towels, etc but also must pay a hefty cleaning fee) The owner was really nice but the house itself is lacking basic cleaning necessary for guests to feel comfortable. Could probably also use some bear bars or other wildlife deterrent since one must sleep with the windows open in the summer.
The property is lovely. A beautiful old home in a beautiful old town. We were walking distance to downtown. The house itself is decorated nicely. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are enough towels and sheets for an army. There are books, toys, dvds, plenty of TVs, and a wonderful porch. They also had a high chair and pack’n’play I hadn’t noticed on the listing. It is in the mountains so a certain amount of critters are expected- a dead mouse on a sticky trap under a bed, a raccoon broke into the house one night and trapped my cousin in the kitchen!! There is no AC but it is cooler in the mountains and we had no issues with temperature during our stay. The hot tub was lovely for the first few days but became yucky after too many uses. Maybe it was from a family member who drank too much and didn’t take as frequent bathroom breaks as needed. But the floaty thing that holds pool chemicals was empty, too. So it was disappointing, but probably our fault. Overall, we loved our stay, the house, the location, and the cabin charms. It had a real lived in feeling, like you were staying at a relatives. Oh, and the beds!! So comfortable! The details these owners paid attention to made it feel easy to entertain ourselves with plenty of activities in a comfortable and cozy environment.
This house was perfect for our big group and felt so welcoming, especially traveling with pets. Everyone loved the bunk room, yard games, and how well stocked everything is. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful home!
The house was warm and inviting. Beautiful and historic with lots of modern amenities. It was perfect a perfect distance to walk to the town. The hosts were attentive and within a text away. The beds were comfortable. It would be a perfect place to take a large family with kids.
We stayed here 5 years ago and liked the place so much that we decided to stay there again… and this time it was even better especially with the hot tub!
Loved the house. Very efficient check-in process. Home was beautiful and well equipped - more so than most other home rentals we’ve stayed at. Lots of utensils, cutlery, and cooking stuff. Even the pantry had food supplies that were available to use. We loved our stay.
Loved: bunk bed room, historic home, private hot tub, lots of games and puzzles, beautiful fire place, very helpful and kind hosts. Thanks for the lovely stay. We are impressed how you have kept such a historic home updated and in good condition.
We had a wonderful stay with family and friends. Perfect location to ski at Loveland, only 10-15 minutes away. Hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. The kids loved the bunk room, the book selection was great for a bedtime story. Very nice, cozy, and clean home.
This was such a cute mountain home. We really liked the location. The house is definitely older, but it was clean and nice. Having a hot tub was definitely a nice bonus!

Fantastic House Near Georgetown
Everything was just how we hoped. The house was super clean and very comfortable for our group. It has cabin vibes which is perfect for the mountain scenery. Plus nothing beats a hot tub while it's snowing. The hosts were awesome and there if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.
Great home for all ages. Kids loved the bunk bedroom, and adults enjoyed the hot tub after kids were in bed. The location was excellent with so many things to do. Highly recommend.
The house was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and the bottle of wine was terrific. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as well. I would highly recommend this property.
