This was a perfect rental for us for our 3 day ski trip at Loveland. Georgetown is a great historic old town and this house is nicely located near the downtown shops area. the house provided tons of space to hang out, sleep comfortably, cook, everything we needed. would love to stay here again.

Perfect vacation home for family get-together

We spent a weekend to get together as a family. The home is perfect for entertainment. We truly enjoyed the extra amenities like soaking in the hot tub, roasting smores by the firepit, and relaxing in the sauna. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The owner was responsive. When we arrived the lights were on and the fire in fireplace was lit which made feel welcome. Bottom like, cool place for a family get-together.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Sharon (host) was responsive and super helpful, especially when we thought the keypad locks weren't working...she came over to take a look and make sure everything was good. (Turns out locks were working fine, it was operator error.) Check-out was also super easy - I appreciated that there wasn't a long list of check-out chores/tasks for us to do like you find at some places. The listing was as described - we especially we enjoyed the hot tub (robes and slippers provided!) and sitting around the fire pit (although it took us a bit to figure out how to work it). The only thing we didn't expect was that one of the king beds + bath is in a carriage house, which is across the driveway and separate from the main house. This worked out fine for us (it gave one of the couples with us some extra privacy) and the carriage house was nice enough, just not something we were anticipating. We had a great stay and I highly recommend!
