Wonderful family holiday!!

The property was ideal for 2 weeks with our adult children and their partners. Everyone had their own space but there were several areas large enough for us all to gather and have fun. Encountered a few maintenance issues but had an over all great stay. We loved the hot tub and will miss the beautiful view!!

Great Apartment fro a group or large family

Could not fault the property except the driveway was quite step and our van had fun getting up in the rain. The fireplace and separate lounge rooms were a welcome addition to be away from the kids

Excellent communication, couple of issues but were sorted out very quickly. Lovely place has everything one needs and or want. Only suggestion will be to have more lighting on the deck and at the entrance. Highly recommended and would love to come back and stay again. Thanks

Beautiful home. Suited our needs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beuaitful view home high above Queenstown. Gret views, but quite a walk or bike ride up hill. It was well equipped and we had several lovely meals there. Spa was a great finish to many days of nearby mountainbiking.

The property was quite nice in terms of the things available. The Bach was very big and super spacious. We also loved the views which we had from so high up. The only few down sides were that some bits weren’t as clean. And a few things were damaged already.

Fantastic stay at Vancouver Spa Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay and was brilliant views from nearly every room of the house. There was ample space for our group of 8 and everything was on hand to use. Very helpful when travelling with children. We did have a couple of issues with plumbing and electrical issues but these were taken care of and dealt with straight away. A wonderful, relaxing stay.

Amenities need to be fixed and dealt with properly

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was nice with a great view of the lake and mountains. What was disappointing is that the outdoor spa stopped working after two nights into our stay. We had specifically booked this apartment for the use of the spa so we were really disappointed when the response we got from Goodstays was just "sorry for the inconvenience". Also, the underfloor heating was not working and the sink in our bathroom was not draining properly. We had actually stayed in the same apartment last year and enjoyed the stay. We understand that things can break from time to time but the way in which the issues were dealt with by management will be a deterrent from staying there again in the future.

Vancouver Views :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 7 nights with a group of 7 friends. Awesome was the only way to describe our experience. The place was spacious, warm and welcoming. It had all amenities we needed plus the spa which we used every day. The only complaint I could make is that the neighbours used the spa during the day when they thought we were out. Not a big deal though, just a little bit scary to see random people walking through what it meant to be your property. Overall we would definitely recommend this house. Only a $10 cab to town and amazing views from the top of the hill.
Response from VrboOwner on 25 Apr 2020
Hello Laura, Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your time at the property. The neighbours certainly shouldn't have been using the Spa Pool on the property. We hope you may choose to stay with us again in the future. Goodstays

Vancouver Spa Views review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was excellent. Very large home with 4 large bedrooms and two separate living areas. Great for a large family. Very good condition. Nice and warm with under floor heating. A little difficult to control the temperature with no thermostat controls anywhere ... sometimes too hot, sometimes could be a little warmer. When we arrived the spa was not working but a portable replacement spa was delivered same day so excellent service here. My only gripe would be that Goodstays staff were not really welcoming of us reporting anything that was broken in the home ... I think that's because we were actually speaking to the owner and he wasn't too keen to have to spend money. Not sure was worth what we paid but heh that's probably everywhere in Queenstown. Overall excellent and recommended.
