This is an awesome condo that is perfectly located for a Vail and Beaver Creek ski trip. The condo was very clean and the hosts are extremely responsive and happy to provide local insights. The soothing sounds of Eagle River off the back patio provide the perfect ambiance for a great nights sleep or glass of wine. The Beaver Creek bus stop is pretty much right out the door and the stop for Vail is across the street.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Avon! The condo is clean, spacious, and is well equipped for a long term stay. There is a beautiful view of the Eagle River with outside porch seating and we enjoyed sitting out there daily, when weather allowed. We stayed here for a month during the offseason following an orthopedic surgery with the Steadman Clinic and found it very comfortable. The parking is close by and the stairs leading up to the unit are shallow and wide so it was very doable to maneuver on crutches. Hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. The condo is less than a 10 minute drive to the Edwards Riverwalk shopping complex and also only a few minutes away from Walmart. Would definitely stay here again!
