Excellent place for us to return to again, better than ever.

Of all the places we have stayed on the Islands over the years, your condo is by far the best for us. Not only is everything beautiful, in working order, thoughtfully arranged and well stocked, but the ease of the transactions certainly helps remove all traces of stress which is one reason we come to Kauai. We hope we can arrange another visit to your unit within the next 6 months.

Pride of ownership, clean and well equipped condo in Poipu

If you are looking for a clean, well equipped condo with every amenity you will need to creat a wonderful vacation this is a condo for you. The condo showes pride of ownership and well managed , first floor, easy access, walking distance to Poipu beach to watch the turtles. I have visited Kauai for the last 20 years and found this condo to be the cleanest and well managed.

Beautiful condo! Super clean and well organized kitchen, loved the beach accessories made available to us. The shower space was great for coming back from the beach, lots of room and nice shower head pressure.This space did an amazing job of balancing vacation vibes with a fantastic home feel at the end of the day!Nice and quiet with no upstairs neighbors.

Convenient, with lots of play amenities!

The short walk to Poi’pu Beach made enjoying the water very convenient. No hassle of trying to find a parking spot. There is a closet with chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, fins, cooler and boogie boards. If you enjoying snorkeling, riding the waves, or if you have little ones, this place is just right for you.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with just about everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed the pools as well as the beach that was just a short walk from the condo. Had a great stay and would recommend this rental.

One of the best equipped condos we have ever rented. All appliances and facilities were first rate. Dealing with the administration was a pleasure as they were courteous and efficient. I would urge anyone considering a stay in Kauai to check out this rental property for the foregoing reasons as well as its being located in the best area of the island.

The room temperature was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything one could possible need. The pool swim was a great way to start and end every day. We were fortunate to have a very private lanai too to enjoy a relaxing indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

Koloa visit

Property is very well-equipped with modern, quality appliances. Dishes, glasses, pans, utensils all were complete and very clean when we arrived. Bed has top of the line sheets and pillows, and the mattress was quite comfortable. Towels were new, and luxurious. The property is spacious and private. While we had no problems, Chris was great with communication and ensured our stay was wonderful.

Very enjoyable, great amenities, host was very helpful with our questions. Made our stay very enjoyable.

Great patio, comfortable beds. Well equiped kitchen. Lots of equipment available for beach and swim use. Nice shower, clean fixtures, and towels. Clean bed linens. Comfy pillows. Loved the washer and dryer especially mid visit. Great local restaurants too.

Great stay in Kauai

This was a great property to stay in for our trip. Great location near Poipu beach - easy walk in the morning. The condo was clean (wish it had AC, but realize that most condos don't on the island - the plug in AC in bedroom helped). Conveniently located to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. Chris was a great host and was accommodating to our needs. The plush bath towels, beach towels and comfy bed sheets were a plus! We spent a lot of time at the pool with beautiful ocean views. Thanks for hosting our family Chris.
