We had a wonderful stay! The location is great, within walking distance to the beach, pickleball, and kayaking. The condo itself was very nice, with updated bathrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. Bonnie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all a very rewarding stay in Palmetto Dunes!

Absolutely loved it. Zero complaints. Proximity to the beach was great, the community was great, being able to rent bikes in the community was awesome. The master was beautiful and it was a nice bonus that the 2 other rooms had queens instead of twin beds. Will stay again!

Perfect Thanksgiving stay!

This was the best house for our entire family (11 guests!) at Thanksgiving - perfect location to the beach, Dune House, and playground! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is more beautiful in person than the photos. Pristine clean and modern bathrooms. The floor plan was great for our group of 5. The beach access was our favorite surprise. You could run out and see the sunrise in the morning. Just a short walk on a path across the street. The area is quiet and close to general store. Bedrooms were cozy, we all slept great. There is start up supplies of laundry detergent and toiletries. The kitchen is stocked as well as your home would be to dine in. Lots of spices , salt pepper, etc in the pantry for cooking. Thank you for sharing your home. We are already talking about coming back.

Perfect vacation!

The condo is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are large with large closets. . The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans and cooking tools. The check in is so easy and the host responds extremely fast to questions. I am definitely staying here again!

Great place to stay near beach!!

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo in Palmetto Dunes. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach! The condo is beautifully decorated, with large bedrooms. Plenty of room for 2 families. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and cooking utensils. The check in was super easy. Excellent host. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Location and comfort

We stayed for 2 nights with family of 10, and loved the comfort and location of the place. Beach is a short walk and local markets are not too far. You can take bike rental within the property and ride the bike on the trail and on the beach.

We were very impressed with the property looked exactly as the picture the contact person who is the owner was very accommodating help us with any request was very friendly great location by the beach and a beautiful tropical complex but definitely go again very Tastefully decorated I would call it Coastal chic upstairs is to be renovated next year I'm sure it would be beautiful the unit was very clean felt like I was at a nice hotel

Spring Break Girls Trip

I cannot say enough about how great this condo was! The furnishings were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We were located a short walk to the beach which was so convenient. The use of the Dunes Buggy made it easy to get to shopping/dinner. The owner was available by text and very accomodating. The only less than superior rating was the upstairs showers didn't get truly hot. They weren't cold, by any means, and were tolerable. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!! We will be renting this one again, for sure!!

Great Trip

A few highlights of note- this property brings together the trifecta of amenities, price, and location.It is about a 0.2 mile walk to the beach from the front door, around 5 minutes with kids and wagon. Two years ago, we stayed a few rows back and the walk was around 10-15 minutes. There is not a shower at the beach access but rather back at the condo which worked out better with small kids (ages 3 and 6). Once at the beach, there are amazing tide pools for kids this age and parents who don't want knocked down by waves. Last year, we stayed a little further north on the island and no tide pools could be found. The secret MVP was the water and ice on the refrigerator door. You don't realize how thankful for this you are until you are in the beach heat, refilling water bottles multiple times per day. Multiple outdoor sitting spots from dining, to three sets of chairs.Owner is very responsive. We will definitely consider this a top spot to stay again!

This home was amazing - needs a few upgrades - property across street from the ocean.

The house needs a few repairs - window in downstairs cracked, garbage disposal not working and carpet is old and needed cleaning. Also cabinet in kitchen needs fixing BUT in spite of those minor details - we loved the location and the house fitted our needs. I would stay there again with the family!❤️

This was our second time renting this property. The beds are so so so very uncomfortable. Horribly uncomfortable. Was hoping they would have been upgraded this year. Otherwise we love the property.

Great proximity to the beach!

Family from 3 states got together for United State Marine Corp graduation. Great place to decompress after boot camp hell. Shower glass door in upstairs bathroom had one wheel missing but was able to utilize with only moving the other door. Storm door was also broken but didn’t interfere with usage.
