About this property

Garden City Home Away from Home

This quiet home with a fully fenced back yard has easy access to the Boise Greenbelt and is just minutes from Downtown Boise. And your dogs are welcome.

This roomy 3 bedroom home is located along the Boise River, and along the greenbelt as well- right out the back gate. Even though its close to just about everything, you'll enjoy quiet morning and evenings on the back patio, free from noisy traffic. 5 can sleep comfortably between the queen bed, the double bed, and the twin bed, but there is an air mattress available if you need room for a 6th person. The brand new HVAC system will keep you comfortable anytime of the year. WiFi is fast and free, and there's a FireTV stick so you can stream your favorite movie or TV show anytime. There is also a bluetooth speaker to connect to if you wish. Feel free to pack light, and use our washer and dryer. There is room for 4 vehicles with the 2-car garage. There is no opener, the garage must be opened from inside the house.

*****(5) Located next to the Greenbelt and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood this was a nice spot for us as our house gets repaired. It’s close to grocery stores and a quick trip to anywhere in Boise you may need to go!

****(4) It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We also liked using the garage. The back gate opens right onto a bike path. Nothing impressive about the neighborhood. Not within walking distance of any shopping.

*****(5) We found a clean and tidy home on our arrival. Everything we needed was on location. We will stay here again.

Lovely location

Close to the River bike path. We went on daily bike rides down the river. Easy access to most anything you would want to do. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful hosts.

The place was clean. It was a fantastic location for little Fur. Babies, we have 3 Chihuahua's. They really enjoyed the backyard with very close access to the green belt, found a really good fishing hole once I managed to find the correct path through the trees really enjoyed the stay. Surprisingly, quiet at night for being in town, dark in the backyard.I believe it's because the close cross everything to the river excellent location

Home fit our needs. Nice backyard as we had two dogs. Close by everything we wanted to do.

Bad were very comfortable. Kitchen was nice. Could have used a few more baking utensils.But adequate.Chicken was easy and it was nice to have a garage to use.

Such a comfortable stay

This home worked out so well for our stay near family. The beds were very comfy and overall this was a very peaceful place to be. The location to the river path is wonderful. Our two dogs loved the backyard. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Great location near the river

We had a wonderful time being able to spend time with our kids and grandkids. The backyard has a lovely patio with a grill so we took advantage of the cool evenings. We enjoyed biking every day along the river and enjoyed the lush greenery that surrounds the area. The hosts are attentive and friendly and helpful if you need anything. We have stayed here twice and hopefully we will return next year as well.

Here for a wedding

We came to the Boise area for a wedding and to get in some riding on the greenbelt. The property was located perfectly to access the greenbelt and we rode almost every day. The house also provided a place to entertain family and get to know great nieces and great nephews better. We we definitely come back.

Wonderful place to relax

We truly enjoy our time here. The green belt is right behind the property so we went on daily bike rides and walks. The home has plenty of room to spread out and we really appreciate the two car garage as we bring up all of our outdoor equipment with us. Troy and Kristen are easy to get ahold of and very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We look forward to our annual trip to visit our family and friends and there is no better place we would rather stay.

Overall, peaceful and in a good location, but......

there were not enough towels, no hair dryer, no tissues, no full length mirror, no info on Boise things to do, no listing of restaurants, we were tasked with having to take out the trash, no shower soap, two of the beds were too high for my short sisters to get into them, no suitcase stands in the bedrooms, nightlights would have been helpful, the back yard was unappealing with rusty furniture and no access to the bike trail through the fence. It was nice to have a garage opener to enter the house. And we appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Most of the items above would have made the experience much more enjoyable.
