Regency Isle 411 is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo offering amazing views from the 4th floor.

• Access to the oversized balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring extends throughout the unit.



• The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and a wet bar. The dining table seats six, with four additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic LUXE-breeze mattress, designed to feel up to 8 degrees cooler throughout the night. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.



• The second bedroom features a king-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic LUXE-breeze mattress, plus a set of twin XL bunk beds. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Skip the long lines - keyless entry provides easy check-in and check-out.



• One assigned parking space is included within the two-car maximum. A second vehicle may park in unmarked spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailers are not permitted on the property at any time.

We loved our stay at Regency Isle 411. The condo was perfect for our family. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The short walk to the beach was great too. We loved it being not too crowded and away from the “busy” part of OB but close enough that you could get places easy. The covered parking is a plus!

A great place to stay when you are looking for smaller crowds. We love staying here for that reason! We had a bit of a hic up checking in when the code didn't work, but it was resolved within 5 minutes and a new code was sent to us! Overall, a great location with great service! Unit was well stocked and we had a great annual girls trip. Balcony is huge with plenty of room for everyone!!

We had a very relaxing stay. The property was just as described. The only extremely small comment I have is they could have more hangers in the closet. Yes very small item until you need them. The kitchen was very well stocked. The balcony very spacious. The interior furniture including mattresses were very comfortable!

Great location and scenery. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked. The floors could have been cleaner. And I think you should consider installing bars to hold onto , getting out of the tubs. But all in all loved it!
