The home features 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath, wrap around front porch with rocking chairs, screened-in rear deck, rear patio, outside shower and driveway! New heated pool with waterfall, 8x16 and 5ft deep. This home has all of the Victorian charm with modern conveniences!

First floor bedroom with king bed and private bath, first floor powder room, spacious living room and dining room, and first floor laundry room. Second floor master bedroom with king bed, private bath and balcony with chaise lounge chairs. Two additional bedrooms one with two full size beds and the other has a queen. Smart TV's in living room and all 4 bedrooms.

NON SMOKING RENTAL - Guests and guests invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on decks and porches.

We chose this home because it checked all of our boxes when searching for a home in Cape May. Bright, open floor plan, with enough room to entertain the entire family and guests. New construction that has all the Victorian charm Cape May is known for but with modern conveniences, style and design. Walking distance to all of the Cape May attractions.

What makes this property unique

We love the rocking chairs on the wrap around front porch, the chaise lounge chairs off the master bedroom balcony and the screened in back patio. Beautiful landscaping, large fenced in yard, and heated pool.
