Overall Excellent but one issue.The smoke alarm started chirping (low battery) at 9pm. It was the smoke alarm in our bedroom that was on the 12 foot high ceiling. We called after hours maintenance and they indicated that it was a non emergency situation and they would not be out until the following day. We moved to another bedroom but still heard the chirping low battery sound all night. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well. It was our final night so when we left we don’t when this issue was resolved.This was an unusual situation and understand maintenance would need to bring a ladder late at night to have changed the battery but the batteries needed to be replaced that night.

The condo had everything we needed for 2 couples to share. We liked the hot tub after skiing. The kitchen is well appointed. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the slopes. All in all, a great place to stay.

Magical winter wonderland

We loved everything about this stay! From the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the supplies and spices, to the magnificent hot tub and comfy beds, we wouldn’t have changed a thing! Location is excellent and the shuttle comes right by the front door. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Great property

We stayed here for a work visit and the space was great. The hot tub was a great addition. Check in and out process was easy and it’s on a bus line making commuting around very easy. We had some wifi issues but otherwise the stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

This townhouse was beautiful! Perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a weekend in Steamboat. The hot tub was perfect and it had everything we needed for a great weekend. Will definitely stay here again!

Great for 4 people, walking distance to resort

Spacious condo with nice beds, kitchen/living room and bathrooms. Hot tub large enough for four people with view of the mountains. Walkable to the ski resort, ~ 1 mile.

Hot tub cover was very hard to manipulate. Condo needs updating. Pull out couch bed is horrible and air mattress kept deflating. This property should not be offered for 6 guests. Outside chair was torn. Refrigerator door shelf was broken, no sink stopper and only one dish towel.

Beautiful location

The aspens were at their peak and after a day of hiking it was so nice to come back to the condo and relax on the huge deck and enjoy the hot tub. The unit was very clean and with a well-stocked kitchen. And the huge deck was so nice to sit and enjoy the surrounding area.

Ski Weekend

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable for 6 people. The only downside was we couldn't get the shuttle service to pick us up because they were fully booked, and we tried to book as soon as we got checked in.

Steamboat Getaway

Very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook with. The private hot tub made it all the more special. Loved everything.

Good home base for Steamboat ski/riding weekend.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well, and a short walk to nearest free bus stop to the ski resort. There were a handful of maintenance items I had to report, so it wasn’t in perfect order for us, but it was still good overall. The Mountain View from the hot tub was super nice.
