Welcome to the Woodland Lake Retreat at Lake Anna. This water front home has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The house offers lots of living space, a fully stocked kitchen, large back deck, covered front porch, back patio, and private balconies off both guest bedrooms. Located in a gated community on the public side of the lake, the house sits on a 1 acre waterfront lot full of trees, nature, and wildlife. Just a short walk from the back deck down a mild slope takes you to the dock nestled in a quiet no wake zone. The dock provides ample space to park your boats during your stay. You can also enjoy swimming in the cove away from boat traffic and waves while still having the opportunity to drive your boat to waterfront restaurants and stores.
