Four vacation/living experiences from this roomy Beach House designed for relaxing or entertaining couples, friends and the whole family.
Spend your day at beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, a short and scenic 0.6m walk (or use the included bikes). Chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels are all provided. You bring the wine for a remarkable sunset.
An oversized pool with waterfall awaits you at home during the day or evening. Wonderful enclosed lanai with a separate sitting and lounging outdoor living space (400+ sq ft). Weber grill. Turn on the outdoor gas fire pit for those slightly chilly nights.
Shopping, dining and bars are a short, 8 minute Uber ride up the street to the famous Mercato shopping center (<3 miles). Venture a little further and you're in downtown Naples, Naples Pier, Naples Zoo, and Waterside Shops. Head north to Fort Myers Beach, Jet Blue Park and Miromar shopping outlets are all less than 30 minutes away.
You beach house has three roomy bedrooms and two full baths. Easy sleeping for 6. WIFI, YoutubeTV in every bedroom, living room and outdoor lanai by the pool. Full chef's kitchen. New, separate laundry room.

Our family has used VRBO for many years both in the US and traveling abroad. We are excited to share our new beach house with fellow travelers, safe and worry free.

After 3 successful years, we decided to complete 14 months of renovation and we are so proud to welcome you into our "new" home.

Why they chose this property

We annually took our growing family on vacations along the eastern coast, to the mountains, and a couple of times oversees.
One location we always agreed on was Naples, FL. We came down in early 2019 and found our new beach house. Close to beach and sunsets (walkable), restaurants/bars (5 min Uber/Lyft ride), shopping (high end to outlets) and private pool to cool off.

What makes this property unique

Easy single floor living with plenty of interior space (~2,000 sq ft) plus ~400 sq ft of covered lanai exterior space to enjoy overlooking the private, heated pool.
