Why they chose this property

This property is really beautiful. My parents bought it (to see the new grandson - they live across the country) with tourists (like themselves) in mind. They travel all the time and created this place as one they'd want to stay in.

What makes this property unique

Stylized with YOU in mind. This is nobody's primary home and created for a great short-term rental NASHVILLE experience. Brand new furnishings, a beautiful newly build craftsman home and so close to downtown ($5 Uber ride!) make this a house worth staying in.
