PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Garden Breeze One-bedroom condo is a stylish vacation rental condo blending the beach charm and contemporary interior for a perfect Aruba vacation. Located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, this ground-floor condo is a short walk to the world-famous Eagle Beach. The patio has a 3-piece bistro set, ideal for couples or small families, offering easy access to the resort pool and its outdoor amenities, like the BBQ grills area. Enjoy the warm weather relaxing around the pool or cool off at the beach with a swim in the ocean. A walk on the beach at sunset is a lovely setting for sharing downtime with your loved ones.

The living room is provided with a large TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress) with 2 armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. The bedroom has a king-size bed and built-in closets. The bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway. There is also a washer and dryer available.

This unit provides you with 860 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free Wi-Fi, 1 cable TV (in the living room), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This unit is located on the ground floor. Sleeps 4 guests in a bed and a double-size sofa-bed. Perfect for travelers looking for a bit more accessibility.
