Dear Greta, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that overall your experience was positive. This unit is indeed a corridor unit and is advertised as a unit without balcony access. If you're traveling to Aruba again soon, don't hesitate to call us and we will gladly show you our units with a balcony. Take care! Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba.

Dear Richard, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful grounds and pool area. We strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all our guests. While there are both owners and vacationers on the property, we aim to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay. Regarding smoking, we understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. The property does have designated smoking areas to accommodate all guests, but we will certainly review this to ensure a better experience for everyone. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future! Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba

Dear Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. During your stay, no concerns were reported to our fully staffed, on-site reception, either during your visit or upon departure, which would have given us the opportunity to address any issues immediately. We have not experienced previous concerns regarding cockroaches, and all of our units receive frequent professional pest control treatments. That said, we are located in the tropics and this is a ground-floor unit, so occasional tropical insects can unfortunately appear despite preventative measures. Regarding late check-out, we were unable to accommodate the request as new guests were scheduled to arrive the same day and we require sufficient time to properly clean and prepare the unit. Our reception is located directly on-site with a clearly marked “Lobby” sign at the entrance of the complex. As the property is relatively small, we have not previously received feedback about difficulty locating the lobby. We appreciate your comments and will continue striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba

Dear Shayla, thank you for your review. We are glad you had a wonderful stay with us. We hope to welcome you back soon for another visit with us. Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba

Dear Kristine, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are glad to hear that overall your experience was positive. We have communicated your comment to our concerned staff to review the property description, at the moment the following is included in the description "Please note that this condo does not have its own private outdoor space, no outdoor view, and no in-room washer/dryer". Don't hesitate to let us know if you're visiting again soon, our staff will gladly assist. We look forward to welcoming you to the resort soon. Warm regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba.

Dear Nelson, thank you so much for your kind and detailed 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a positive and relaxing experience at LeVent and that you enjoyed the unit’s amenities, the serene pool area, and our attentive staff. We appreciate your feedback and want to clarify that, unfortunately, it is not possible to install a washer and dryer in this particular unit. Additionally, the gym was under construction during your stay, a matter managed by the homeowners association and beyond our control. We truly value your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another wonderful stay in the future! Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba
