The beautiful location of the villa directly on the sea, with a wonderful view of the clear water, the offshore island world and the impressive Velebit Mountains, is incomparable.
The modern, bright villa has a private, Mediterranean garden that borders directly on the bathing beach. Here you can swim, grill or simply enjoy the sunset.
You can start boat trips to the Kornati archipelago (national park) from the hotel's own jetty.
The best place to enjoy the sunset is probably the large balcony of the house or the in-house boat dock.
But the town of Bibinje and the nearby student city of Zadar also have a lot to offer tourists. You can stroll through the nice town of Bibinje, with its shops, bars, and restaurants (approx. 1 km). At a bike distance (9 km) the student city of Zadar attracts with Mediterranean life: Dalmatian market, concerts, discos, bars, restaurants, Venetian architecture.
Furthermore, beach life at the Bibinje / Sukosan marina invites you to beach volleyball and all kinds of water sports.
The villa is also habitable in spring and autumn.
The underfloor heating on the ground floor creates a cozy atmosphere even on colder days. Furthermore, every room is equipped with a heater, so that pleasant temperatures prevail even on colder nights.
National parks such as the Plitvice Lakes or Krka Waterfalls, as well as the Velebit Mountains-Paklenica, invite you to beautiful hikes.
Friendly families or smaller groups will feel at home here all year round. The house is completely renovated (noble materials, eco-house standard, but the most modern technology).

The villa has WiFi, every room is air-conditioned by modern, individually controllable air conditioning, special mosquito screens protect the inside of the house from mosquitos. There are large flat-screen TVs with satellite reception, as well as Croatian TV channels, and a game console in the bedroom and living room. The rooms are flooded with light and offer a direct view of the sea. Two of the 4 bedrooms have a separate balcony with a direct sea view.
Boats can be anchored in front of the house on their own jetty. In addition to the possibility of renting boats, the port of Bibinje also offers the possibility of launching your own boats.
Olives, grapes and even kiwis grow in the Mediterranean garden. In the evening, the garden and footbridge can be illuminated.
The 2 D / WCs are also newly renovated and equipped with light, noble stone, large walk-in shower, glass wall and large rain shower heads.
Everything is available in the villa - bicycles, a BBQ grill, TV, game console, espresso machine, kettle, modern stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, music system with Ipod Dock, diving accessories, towels, bed linen, individually controllable air conditioning, etc. There is also a reliable contact person on site who will be happy to help you with any questions or to plan excursions. Otherwise you are alone in the villa and can enjoy your time undisturbed.

The villa is very easy to reach from Zadar Airport. B. by taxi in about 10 minutes (+/- 18 euros fare).
Among others, the airport is served by the low cost airlines Eurowings and Ryanair.
The villa is also easily accessible by car and offers parking for up to 2 cars.
