About this property

Stylish country house near the old town with a large garden

Our holiday home 'Alpennest' is located on a side street, nestled between several beautiful single-family houses and a spacious, well-kept garden. To the north you can see the Burgerberg and to the south on the Radibädter Schiberg Königslehen. Behind it offers a view of the beautiful mountains of the Radstadt Tauern.
The traditional house was renovated in 2011. In 2013 we renewed the hot water system and in 2016 the bathroom above.
We offer our charming holiday home with approx. 140m² for rent. It has two stylish bedrooms and a very cozy and spacious living / sleeping room with a fireplace. For nice cooking evenings with friends or family there is a modern and fully equipped, open kitchen and a light-flooded living room with a flat screen. Of course, WLAN Internet access is provided.

The house has three double beds in three bedrooms. An extra bed is available as well as plenty of space to place it. For small children we also have a travel cot and a high chair.

Would you like to sunbathe or have a nice barbecue? In summer, use our spacious garden with teak terrace.

We want you to focus on yourself. Therefore, we are available with extensive tips before your trip. Contact us, we look forward to you!

tolle Unterkunft

Wir (3 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) haben 2 Wochen im Sommer 2024 in Radstadt verbracht und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Diese ist genauso wie im Inserat angegeben (siehe Foto´s). In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt, im Keller kann man die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzen, falls man doch mal Wäsche waschen muß. Und falls man doch mal eine Frage zur Einrichtung, zu Ausflügen o.ä. hat, kann man jederzeit mit der Eigentümerin Kontakt aufnehmen.

Fabelagtig feriebolig i Radstadt

Dette hus kan absolut anbefales: rummeligt med god plads til børn, dejlige soveværelser, fantastisk veludstyret køkken og superfin kommunikation med både udlejer og lokal vært. Vi kommer gerne igen😊

Familienurlaub über die Feiertage

Das Haus ist für eine Familie wie die unsere (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) ideal. Innenstadtnah gelegen und doch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Komplett ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Besonders der direkte Kontakt zur Eigentümerin in der Vorbereitung und während der Reise war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Sonderwünsche wie ein Weihnachtsbaum wurden erfüllt. Nur den Schnee, den konnte uns die Eigentümerin nicht liefern, der fehlte überall über die Feiertage und den Jahreswechsel. Wir können dieses Objekt voll und ganz empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Großes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, in Radstadt und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen eine tolle Zeit, mehrere Skigebiete sind in unmittelbarer Nähe oder leicht erreichbar. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben tolle erholsame Tage in Radstadt verlebt. Angefangen bei der netten Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin, über den freundlichen Empfang vor Ort. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Der große Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!

Urlaub im Alpennest

Haus Alpennest das ideale Urlaubsdomizil

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Alpennest war durch die warme persönliche Note ein Erlebnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden es immer wieder nehmen und empfehlen es in höchsten Tönen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit stilvoller Einrichtung und Charme.

Vom ersten Moment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden und noch mehr. Super geeignet für 6 Personen, auch für 2 Familien da auf 2 Etagen verteilt und es gibt 2 Badezimmer. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der schönen Altstadt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Von der Buchung bis zur Betreuung vor Ort hat alles super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Well equipped very comfy house.

We-4 adults with 3 teenagers- spent a wonderful week in this house. The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils, we liked the Nespresso coffee maker 🙂. The dining area is suitable for 7 person. The rooms are nicely decorated. We enjoyed staying in this charming house.

A peaceful, retreat in beautiful Austria

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Radstadt. The house is beautifully decorated, and very well equipped for every type of traveler. The house was warm, cosy and very inviting. We played board games every night around the kitchen table and skiid or walked by day. There are supermarkets very close by as well as numerous restaurants. We would love to return to this house, thank you so much for a brilliant holiday!

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir waren im Sommer 2018 in Radstadt mit 4 1/2 Personen. Super Haus, gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Fußläufig zu erreichen. Die kleine Innenstadt ebenfalls. Gerne wieder!

Wonderful, perfectly equiped house!

We enjoyed the whole of the house: the garden, the spacious living/sleeping room on the first floor, the cellar where we could wash and dry the children's clothes... Supermarkets and bakery nearby.

Wat een heerlijk huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien en een TOP locatie.

We zijn hier met z’n 4-en geweest, maar 7 of 8 had ook makkelijk gekund. Het huis biedt ook ruimte voor privacy aangezien er een slaapkamer en badkamer beneden is en ook boven. Het huis is echt compleet ingericht. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en komen zeker terug. Ontzettend aardige eigenaar en alles top geregeld. Suzanne bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Prachtige woning in Radstadt

Goed verzorgde woning centraal gelegen in Radstadt. Goede verwarming, prima warm water voorziening, uitgebreid geoutilleerde keuken. Prima wifi, twee tv's, woning is dus van alle gemakken voorzien, alleen badkamer onder is gedateerd maar is schoon en alles werkt. Al met al een prima uitvalsplek voor een prachtige vakantie. Aan te raden en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Vertegenwoordiging van de huiseigenaar zeer behulpzaam en aardig.

wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus Alpennest verbracht. Das Haus ist so liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet wie ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen habe. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet sodass man problemlos jeden Tag kochen kann. Zur Abwechslung kann man in den Ort Radstadt oder Altenmarkt lecker essen gehen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen. Unter anderem erreicht man nur in wenigen Minuten Filzmoos, Burg Hohenwerfen oder Bürgerbergalm. Man kann natürlich einen Tagesausflug nach Salzburg oder zum Dachstein unternehmen. Lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Insgesamt kann ich unseren Aufenthalt im Haus Alpennest mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Danke.

Spacious house

The house is very nicely restored and has everything that you need for a family. The only issue I had was with the main road (80 kmph) noise that was about 100m away. I don't see an issue in the winter, but in the summer when you wish to leave windows open, it's a bit too loud to sleep. The town of Radstadt is really nice, such a shame that they can't put in proper walls or cover as a tunnel to stop the noise in the whole town.

Ein schönes Haus - leider an einer lauten Straße

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, mit Liebe und Sorgfalt saniert, rundum gut ausgestattet und umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wunderbare, sehr abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen unternommen. Eine schöne Zeit! Leider-leider verläuft in der Nähe eine sehr stark befahrene Bundesstraße (Tempo 80); ein Lärm, der wahrlich nicht zu überhören ist. Wirklich schade, dass das Land Salzburg hier nicht einen effizienten Schallschutz errichtet.

Super Skiurlaub trotz Saisonstart!

Wir waren Anfang Dezember 2016 zu fünft in diesem wundervoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Der Schnee war super und man konnte sich nach dem Skifahren sehr gut erholen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Außerdem haben wir in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei der Ankunft wird einem alles genau erklärt und man bekommt schon super Ratschläge wo man am besten Essen und fortgehen gehen kann etc. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Im Alpennest haben wir als Familiengruppe ein sehr gemütliches und komfortables Skiquartier genossen

In dem hellen modern eingerichteten Haus, lädt die gut ausgestattete moderne Küche mit anschließendem großen Essbereich zum häufigen Kochen aber auch zu (Karten)spieleabenden ein. Die Schlafzimmer und auch das Wohnschlafzimmer sind gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Skigebiete Altenmark, Flachau, Wagrain und Zauchensee sind in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In die historische Altstadt von Radstadt geht es zu Fuss in 5 Minuten und auch wandern kann man direkt vom Haus aus. Wir haben dort zu fünft eine rundherum schöne Woche genossen.

Toller Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Alpennest!

Ich war zusammen mit meiner Freundin und Ihrem Bruder für 1 Woche im Ferienhaus Alpennest. Wir konnten dem Alltagsstress Wiens (wo wir herkommen) super entkommen und uns erholen. In dem tollen Garten war alles vorhanden, man konnte grillen, sich auf den Liegen sonnen und schöne Wanderungen machen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Vielen Dank, wir kommen schon bald wieder!
