This was our favorite property of the three we stayed in. We were greeted and helped with our luggage and shown around when we arrived. There are 3 bedrooms, two on the first floor and one on the second floor. One had a toilet and bathtub/shower in in. The other two had separate toilets and showers nearby. The dining room and kitchen are on the second floorIt was very clean and quiet. There was a subway station nearby which had an elevator. They had a nice book explaining everything nearby and there was a great street with nice restaurants and a great bakery nearby.We enjoyed our stay and was very sad to leave and would love to return.

This was one of our favorite places to stay in Japan. The host was very good at communicating. The home was very well laid out. It was very clean. They gave us a tour of the home when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a great location in Kyoto.

Lovely place in Kyoto

We really enjoyed the house and will definitely stay there again! The accommodations was clean, comfortable, and our host was awesome! Great location close to the subway, many temples, restaurants and convenience stores. Very quiet at night as well.

The rooms were perfect layout and the kitchen came in handy. Also great quaint and tucked away location for peaceful night sleep after a day of touring. Still super close to subway trains. I would stay here again. Very friendly host.

We had an amazing stay in Kyoto at this beautiful home! The location was perfect, the owners were very helpful with booking and recommendations, and super responsive with questions, check in, check out, etc! Highly recommend!

Great Property - Great Location

My wife and our sons and wives (6 people total) enjoyed our stay in Kyoto. The apartment was very clean, conveniently located for shopping and subways, and the area was quiet for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this location for any group.

Very nice house and super nice hosts

Hosts were very helpful, meeting us on arrival and making us feel very welcome in their VRBO. Provided us with fast answers and advice on all or questions from how best to get from station to rental to great places to eat. Would recommend to all....great place to stay when in Kyoto!

Great stay!

Our 3 night stay was just as described. Great, safe, quiet location for our family of 6. Very easy access for touring the bueatiful area of Kyoto. The owner and his assistant were very helpful and the communication was excellent. We HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Host was very cordial and he and his associate explained all features of house during check-in. Location was excellent. Our visit to Kyoto was the highlight of our trip to Japan.

Wonderful stay

Perfect house that combined traditional with modern. We loved the location. It was so easy to communicate with the property manager and team. They were so kind when they greeted us and were happy to help. Would recommend this place for sure!

Great home for Kyoto stay

This property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay here greatly. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us a good tour on arrival and provided plenty of advice about the surrounding area. They also responded very promptly to any msgs in the Stayz app. Property was very clean, easy to walk to/from the train and in a nice area.

Very clean, seems like it’s pretty newly renovated. 3 bathrooms / showers and 3 bedrooms. The host contacted us beforehand with the info and provided a photo of the actual address to share with a taxi driver. I think the taxi was about USD15 from Kyoto station. There are a couple of subway stations that are close but we had luggage etc.The host met us to show us in. It’s tucked away down an alley/narrow street. Quiet location, which was nice but not far from the bars and restaurants and Kyoto’s main sights. Very nice place, would stay here again.

Came to Kyoto with 3 other friends. The communication with both the owner and manager were excellent. The location, while not centrally located was made up by the fact the property was both modern, clean, spacious and quiet.We also were given some guides by the manager on where we could eat, find entertainment and train lines nearby. Above all, i highly recommend this property

Amazing oasis!

Amazing! Calm, clean and very specious! The most beautiful stay during our 3 weeks trip in Japan. Host was very attentive and responsive. The neighborhood is very nice and easy access to transportation. We would return no doubt about that! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home

The home is exactly as pictured. The owner is a great communicator and host. The best part was that the home was equipped with a washer and dryer for our clothes! This was so helpful as we were traveling with our 3 month old daughter. Definitely recommend!!

Kyoto stay

Your property was a welcome home away from home. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The only problem we had was with the washing machine/dryer. It took many hours of drying for the clothes to dry. We enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding place! A must stay!

What a great place to stay!!! Instead of self check in, our hosts greeted us at the door. The entrance is lovely and the place itself was ideal for our family of 6. Kei N and her husband showed us around, went through the details of the place and even gave us a bottle of sake. Everything was fresh, clean and appeared in top condition. Plenty of bed options as well as bathrooms. Pictures are accurate and an easy walk to connect to wherever you are going.
