My husband and I and our three month old stayed here. Everything was as described and fit our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the ability to cook easily. The beds were comfortable and location worked for us! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

Great location. Only issue was that at least some of the futons were a little thin for western sleeping (there were 2 western style beds available), but i was the only one with this issue out of a group of 6. The dryer was also quite slow. Overall, I would highly recommend the property

We had a very pleasant stay. Very comfortable residence located within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and public transit. The donut shop, Brûlée, located two blocks away has the absolute best donuts! Excellent host, excellent stay!

The house was perfect for our stay in Kyoto! It was very well equipped and very clean. So many great restaurants in the neighbourhood and easy access to Kyoto Station. Communication with the host was also super easy. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Tokyo.

Beautiful cosy traditional stay in Kyoto

By far the nicest accomodation we stayed at. Place was clean and tidy. Bath was a godsend for tired bodies from all the walking and location was great.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay and were comfortable as a group of 8. We would stay here again. It was clean, had everything we needed, and convenient location. The Japanese dessert bar across the street is delicious too.

Great stay in kyoto. Great location close to subway line and convenient stores. Good restaurants near bg as well. Apartment has two split bathrooms which was handy for our group. Would recommend.

Property was, as advertised, close to the train station and well located for visiting sites. Excellent set menu restaurant just steps away at the end of the street. Home was super clean and comfortable. If we were to go back to Kyoto we would look to stay here again.

Great week in Kyoto

We enjoyed our stay at this location in Kyoto. It was centrally located with plenty of things to walk to and very close to gojo station as well. The place as clean, convenient, and quiet. Staff clearly communicated and made the stay easy. Thank you so much!

Great accommodation for larger groups.

7 of us stayed comfortably at this property. It is clean, well managed and conveniently located. About a 15 min walk to the train station and a few minute walk to several convince stores, bus stops and Gojo subway station. Communication with the property manager was very good. We would stay here again.
