DETAILS: "Pura Vida" is a stunning 6 bedroom/4 bathroom home situated on a corner lot in Rosemary Beach. Located South of 30A, "Pura Vida" is just steps to the Coquina Pool and two blocks from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. The first floor offers an open living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen complete with lovely neutral furnishings. Guests will also find a primary Suite located on the first floor. The second floor holds a second primary suite, a guest bedroom, and a children's bunk room with a set of bunks. The beautiful, newly constructed carriage house is perfect for a small family, offering a cozy living space with a queen sleeper sofa, eat-in kitchen, guest bedroom, and bunk room. Guests are sure to have a fabulous time staying a "Pura Vida." When guests are ready to explore the area, hop on one of the 6 bikes to check out the Rosemary Beach Town Center filled with boutiques and great dining options!

- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Wonderful location! Plenty of room for our group of 10. Carriage house was a nice option for a small family or couple. Minor items needed attention. Kitchen faucet, and a few of the blinds in the bedroom weren’t working properly.

The location was fabulous!! The house and carriage house were clean and well maintained. The only complaint was the TV in other 2 king rooms were so small 12” that they were not useful at all.

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our first visit to Rosemary Beach! 174 Round Rd. was a great location for our family vacation. We loved the location and the grands enjoyed immensely the private pool. There were a couple of things we misunderstood and were borderline misrepresented but we were able to adapt. We would definitely love to return to Rosemary but would most likely need to look at other rental properties to accommodate our family.

Our Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week! Loved the location and had plenty of room for all 11 of us! Loved the swimming pool and outdoor furniture was very nice!!! We felt like the property definitely needed updating, especially the bathrooms, living area furniture and kitchen appliances for the price we paid for the week and that was disappointing.

Annual Trip

The layout suited our needs perfectly although the kitchen was very small. The interior seemed to have been remodeled fairly recently but the exterior could use some updating. We always enjoy a heated pool so that was a plus, unfortunately it was not turned on as scheduled so we missed a few days of use. Location was good.

It was good and I’d stay again. The pool wasn’t heated and I had a hard time with getting communication about that. Ultimately I was refunded for the fee for that but it took several requests on my part. It was disappointing to have it not be heated but I understand that was out of the control Of the mgmt company.

The floor plan worked beautifully for our 9 women. The setting was textbook. The bikes were a great touch. I would highly recommend it all if… the windows had been cleaned, the pool heater worked, and if the carriage house didn’t smell. We wanted to open the windows but they had no screens. I assume we will be reimbursed for our pool expense since it was 58 degrees and unusable. Updated we’re NOT reimbursed for pool and we’re NOT given a number to contact the “upper” management. Came home and first person I ran into said OH NO you went with 360 Blue rentals. They have a horrible reputation !!!’ Yep! I believe that!!!

Great Location

Loved the location, bedroom sizes and small pool. Kitchen is very small and awkward given size of house. Had several maintenance issues while there, but most were addressed during stay.

We came to Rosemary by way of Callaway Gardens. We were chased away for a week long stay at Callaway due to the tornados that struck that area. We were very lucky to find this beautiful home and complete our week vacation. The house is beautiful and an easy walk to beach. My 80 year old parents along with my children and grandchildren had a great time. The weather was a little cold but sunshine everyday. We enjoyed spring activities offered in the town square and green spaces. The kids enjoyed face painting, a play, magic show, and karaoke.

December 2018 Stay

Family holiday gathering. 8 adults and 5 kids plus 2 infants. House was big enough for everyone to have adequate space. Lots of covered porches. It rained most of the week so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area very often but it’s a nice space with outdoor dining. Kitchen and living area is a bit tight for such a large family and there is NO room for dry food storage. Thankfully we had the carriage house for an extra refrigerator. Overall great house. Quick walk to beach and the town square.
