Pull up your anchor and come vacation in our beautiful 3-bedroom/2-bath split ranch home. Located only 4 miles from downtown Naples and 4.5 miles from the beach in beautiful gated Briarwood community.

From the moment you enter through the custom beveled glass doors you know our home is special. It is not just a rental property but our personal vacation home as well. It has a charm and cozy ambiance you will not find in most rental homes. Beveled double entry doors and honey oak wood floors in the living room and dining room add more charm. New mango dining room table seats 4. Enjoy the new 55 inch smart TV with surround sound. New living room furniture. Comfy power reclining sofa for you to put your feet up after a long day at the beach. Cable and WiFi included. Plantation shutters throughout the home.

Relax and enjoy the sunsets overlooking the lake. Solar heated pool with covered lanai. Lanai offers patio table, seats 6, and 3 lounge chairs. New Weber gas grill.

The fully equipped kitchen has natural stone counters, brand new stainless appliances, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen table seats 6. Upgraded washer and dryer in laundry room.

Large master suite with king size bed, white oak wood flooring, new 40 inchTV, and access to lanai. Brand new comfortable mattresses. Ensuite master bath with granite counter tops, whirlpool tub, and walk-in shower.

Second bedroom has queen size bed, TV, and access to lanai. Brand new comfortable mattresses.

Third bedroom has two twin beds.

Second bath has vanity with granite counters and a beautiful new large walk-in tile shower.

All linens and towels furnished. Beach towels for your pool and beach days.

In addition to your own private pool, you will have access to Briarwood's lap pool, community pool, tennis and pickle courts, basketball and volleyball courts. Playground for children.

New Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas for your fun day at our local beaches.

Fabulous!

We rented this home, sight unseen, for the week after Christmas through New Year's. We could not have been happier! The home was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the lake view and the neighborhood was quiet and attractive. Our thanks to the Kranckis for a lovely week in their beautiful home!

Paradise in Naples

We spent our first winter in Florida here and we couldn't have had a more perfect home away from home! It is a perfect location...close to downtown, restaurants, beaches and shopping! It's completely furnished, very user friendly and great for entertaining...we especially enjoyed the lanai ...beautiful view of pond with its entertaining wildlife and great sunsets...neighborhood is great for walking...owners are very accommodating...I would highly recommend!

We (Rick and I ) live in Wisconsin. We are both finally retired. We bought " Anchors Aweigh" 4 years ago as our retirement /vacation rental home. We spend winter months here in Naples but open our doors to others to enjoy while we are not here.

This property "wowed" us from the moment we walked in. It felt like home! It wasn't your typical coookie cutter rental home. It has charm and a welcoming feel to it.

What makes this property unique

The relaxing lakeview from the lanai is spectacular. You can watch the wildlife and beautiful sunsets. You are just a few minutes from downtown Naples and the beach.
