The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Everything was nice and clean and the check in is 24hrs so it was perfect.

Great location near the strip, they also have shuttles and one great thing we liked was that the pool was 24hrs.

Great stay, great location!

The property was exceptionally good and provided everything that was needed for us to comfortably stay. It had ample space for everything including bathrooms, kitchen, beds, and more. Everything was clean and well prepared and nothing was faulty. Overall, the experience was great and we had no issues with the room.

Great Location

Resort grounds were clean and secure. Location is very close to the strip. Resort shuttle was dependable and ran close to the schedule. Pools were clean and hot tubs were nice. Overall great stay.

Had a great stay perfect location and great fit for our family. The only negative thing I would say about the property was the one time we were pressured very hard to attend their time share Presentation, we finally had to walk away from the guy after repeatedly telling him not interested.

Girls Trip

The property was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Really loved the layout of the rooms. We definitely love the free mimosas and Bloody Marys friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Wonderful way to start your vacation. The shuttle bus to the strip was nice to have but the schedule was sometimes difficult to predict.

Nice condo for Vegas trip

This is the fourth year my brother and I have stayed at this property and we come back every year. We love the two bedrooms and a full kitchen. This allows us to cook and eat in the room rather than always going to a restaurant.

Great Vegas property close to the Strip

We had a fantastic time and were able to walk all over the strip for the four days we were there. The property was perfect and allowed us to cook dinners to help save money. Parking was easy and secure. I enjoyed mornings at the pool. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Our family came to Las Vegas to see U2 at the Sphere. The condo was in a perfect location within walking distance to both the Sphere and the Strip!!

Great family getaway

Went with our adult children, the unit was perfect size for 6 people, all beds were comfy - including the nice sofa bed in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, even a washer/dryer (which we didn’t use). The property was great, nice pools/hot tubs. Could use another restaurant option maybe. The timeshare sales pitch was very aggressive at check in, but they left us alone after that. Very convenient shuttle service to outside the Paris casino, but also walkable to strip. Location would be a nightmare when the Formula one race is on as track is across the street. Would stay there again.

Could be a great place

The property is very dated. The kitchen needs new cabinets, the carpet needs cleaning/replaced and the overall property needs a thorough cleaning. The beds are very soft. The hallway carpet in the building was not swept during the 5 days we were there. With all of the construction for the Grand Prix, it is very difficult to get to the strip. Happy hour in the main building is good. The pool area is nice.

Ruthless Time Share Sales Army

This was our first time staying at a Wyndham time share. Registration on arrival forces you to meet with the ruthless sales army before you can leave the lobby. A manager actually chased us down on our way back to our car and made us talk to the sales army. The information we were told about the presentation by Luv was inaccurate and misleading. The presentation was not about their merger with Time & Leisure, it was a full blown sales attack and breakfast wasn't provided as we were told. The first sales person was totally rude to us and actually told us that we were obligated to stay but he wasn't obligated to actually tell us anything so we sat in silence until we were handed off to a manager. We told him that we were not interested in buying but they kept pressuring us and made us take a tour and listen to the full presentation. I understand their game, but this was a relentless barrage. If you stay with them, yell and scream that you do not want to buy or attend the presentation.

Pushy sales staff

Condo was nice and accommodating. We rented not noting it was a time share. Went to the sale pitch out of curiosity,The property and condo very nice. The first words out of their mouths we pride in not pushing people into buying. Presentation well done. Sales guy professional. Closing guy very pushy. Sign this sign that. I need to get more papers saying you decline. We didn't even take the free 75 dollar gift we were so discussed with all the paperwork and we walked out. Oh did I mention they held 20 dollars to be returned at check out. Yes 20 minutes to get that back. I won't even get into the problem me cousin had for not attending the seminar. The property great experience horrible.
