Great Tahoe City location: Walk to Tahoe City, Commons Beach, or hike Page Meadows.

It's an easy walk or quick bike ride to Granlibakken Resort, Tahoe House, The Bridgetender, River Grill, and Dam Cafe; or continue on to Commons Beach and downtown Tahoe City for shopping and more bars and restaurants.

For hikers, the Page Meadows trail head is 1 block away.

This fully remodeled home has 3 bedrooms, a loft with a day bed, and 2 full baths. The yard is charming with a number of seating options, and a deck with gas grill, plus a horseshoe pit and children's play area.

Neighboring Granlibakken Resort offers sledding & cross country skiing in winter, as well as a small private ski hill, and Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Homewood ski resorts are all within 10 miles.

No Pets / No smoking.

Great cabin

The cabin was perfect. Appreciate all of the extra blankets as it was pretty chilly when we visited. Easy location to multiple ski resorts.

Beautiful place to relax and visit.

Spent a week here with extended family. The house was clean, safe, comfortable and beautiful. The yard is set up with several different places to play, converse, relax in a private nook. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. Great location for north and west shore Tahoe summer activities.

Fantastic location and house

This is one of the best rentals I have stayed at in Tahoe. The location was great for hiking, xcountry skiing ( right up the block, and ski/snowboarding. The weather was mild enough that we could walk to Tahoe City one day and yet our kids went snowboarding at Tahoe Palisades. The house was great! It was clean and well organized. Check in and out was super easy. I will definitely book this house again!

Perfect house in a great location!

Our stay in Bev’s house was spectacular! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need! There was plenty of outdoor furniture on the back deck, and in the yard. The entire house was very clean, and all the furnishings were comfortable! It was an easy walk from the house into Tahoe City! Would definitely return next summer!

Escaped the heat

Wonderful convenient location. Close to lots of things to do for the kids. House was perfect. Clean and well equipted. Eves outside on the deck and yard were a great escape. The back yard is just like the pictures. Really nice, especially for the cost.

Great stay!

Our family had such an enjoyable weekend at this house!! Bev provides all the comforts of home. We were able to cook full meals for our family, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels. The backyard is beautiful and comfortable with different seating zones and games to play! The location was great!! Walking distance to Commons Beach, local shops, even Save Mart!

A very comfortable, relaxed stay and we will definitely return!

Our two families of 4, including 4 children ages 2-6 stayed in Bev's house the 5 days right after Christmas. The house is clean and very comfortable, and the kids enjoyed finding toys games and movies and playing in the yard. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking too. We hope to come back in the summer and do some hiking and lake time, since it's just a few blocks from Lake Tahoe. Thanks for a wonderful vacation home stay!

Awesome place!

I got this place at last minute on Thanksgiving weekend! And it is a really nice place. Well equipped. I like the stereo they had too. Watching snowfall while listening to music was just meditative.
