We chose this home in one of the nicest areas of Las Vegas, close to everything! We keep the home in remarkable condition and provide the best guest services.

A PERFECT LOCATION!
.... Residing in the North Green Valley area of Las Vegas, this home is very close to many fine restaurants, great shopping, exciting attractions, and casino entertainment. It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip to enjoy exciting 24 hour entertainment, and far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sunny backyard with private pool.

WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS!
.... Every room of this home has been professionally decorated. Relax in leather furniture while you watch movies. The first floor has a bedroom with queen sized bed and attached full bath. A newly updated kitchen allows you to create your beverages, snacks, or even prepare gourmet meals if you would like. The second floor features a spacious Master Suite and the 2 additional bedrooms can be set up with either a king size bed or (2) twin beds in each. All Bedrooms have TV's and new memory foam mattresses!

.... With the tropical sun shining down, cool off with a swim in the large private pool and spa, or relax in one of the many loungers while gazing at the towering palm trees. A covered patio will provide you some relief from the sun if needed, and a barbecue grill enables you to spend the evening with friends enjoying one of your perfectly cooked meats.

Frank and Sharon are excellent hosts! Sharon met us at the house to give us a tour and explain how things work. I had mention casually ahead of time that we were hoping to do some hiking and she had written down a list of places to go. So thoughtful! The house is comfortable and a great place from which to explore the beautiful natural world around Las Vegas!

Overall nice place. Gas on grill was empty both tanks had to go buy another one. Grill grates were rusty and the grill was a cheap model not like the picture. A lot of HOA rules that were not in description

Absolutely loved this house!! Sharon was wonderful to deal with and communicated very well. She met us at the house when we arrived and was super helpful. We had a wonderful stay here, communication was great with property manager and owner. Very quiet neighborhood, felt safe and comfortable there. Easy access to airport, Vegas and surrounding areas. The hospitality binder had lots of good information on dining etc. Definitely a better option than a huge resort with your own private pool and hot tub. Several groceries nearby to pick up drinks and food essentials. We had a grocery delivery scheduled shortly after our arrival, which worked perfectly!! 4 nice bedrooms made it ideal for multiple couples. Would highly recommend!!!

Great mini family reunion

Why they chose this property

My wife and I rented a home many years ago and enjoyed the stay with our family and friends so much, that we purchased a similar home in August of that same year. We considered all the different areas of Las Vegas but we fell in love with the Green Valley community. It is close to the Las Vegas Strip, airport, and even Lake Mead. It is also just a minute from great shopping, many restaurants, theaters and local attractions.

What makes this property unique

Most guests don't need any additional information about the Las Vegas Strip, shows etc. We have experienced all of Las Vegas the and surrounding areas. Our favorite time is spent boating on Lake Mead during the summer! Water temperature of 87+ degrees and being surrounded by the mountains in the largest man-made lake in the world is breathtaking. We have toured and hiked Red Rock Canyon, Bryce Canyon and the Valley of Fire. We have also taken tours to the Grand Canyon. There is also plenty to do for the kids in the Las Vegas area and we have a list at the home of dozens of kids attractions from water parks, to escape rooms to amusement rides.
