A stones throw from the waters edge, a 2min stroll to sandy family friendly El Portet beach by Footpath and 5mins to the Marina. Southwest facing you will enjoy the sunsets from the balcony in the evening . It is sunny bright and a spacious, 120sqm space, comfortable and family friendly , enjoy Free WiFi, and the comfort of Air Conditioning Cold & hot . A Fantastic sea breeze also flows throughout. With new beds in each of the bedrooms, 100% cotton bedding ,abundance of pillows and cushions, your sure to be cool and comfortable during the summer. There is Mosquito nets and shutters in the apartment also . Enjoy Free Satellite channels with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for ease and the apartment is conveniently located to amenities, such as shops,Pharmacy, bars, supermarkets and array of restaurants and cafes, all a short stroll from the front door. Enjoy snorkeling , Kayaking, Paddle boarding, pedal boating or tapas on the promenade at El Portet beach. Beach towels can also be provided for your travel convenience for a small fee. An easy stroll from the Apartment by footpath, to the heart of Downtown Moraira, enjoy the viewing spots along the way before you reach the Shops, supermarket, Bars, cafes, night stalls and a variety of delightful restaurants to choose from . A list of some of my favourite restaurants in Moraira is provided for my guests on arrival, as well as some suggestions in nearby town of Altea, should you wish to explore. Highly recommended, is to venture to the renowned Moraira Friday Market, just a short stroll away, and sample the local produce or purchase some lovely gifts, perfect for a romantic getaway . If you decide to drive to the Friday Market, its wise to go early to get good parking. It is always busy. (opening hrs 8.30 am to 1pm). At the end of your day, why not Relax and soak in the evening Sunset on the spacious balcony overlooking the Bay and yachts with a glass of Local Vino, or enjoy the pleasure of Dining by Candlelight with Friends and Family on the furnished balcony with large table and six chairs.( Outdoor balcony lighting also fitted). Enjoy Waking up to Stunning "Blue Views" from your bed each morning, with a refreshing sea breeze throughout before you start your day. Your arrival will be made simple, with a meet and greet provided for all my guests at the front door of the building. ( Entry to the building is by Intercom or Key only). Keys will be provided for you , with a viewing of the apartment and facilities, with any questions answered. Should you have any difficulty during your stay, help is just a phone call away. A name and number is provided to all my guests, prior to their arrival date. Please ensure you phone the number provided one hour before you arrive to the apartment . The parking spaces are located immediately adjacent to the building, under the car port, with street lighting . (Photograph of parking is listed under photos) The two spaces are alongside each other in the middle of the car port. The two private parking spaces have two private parking signs hanging over the spaces with my name on it.

Everything was super- we booed late and got quick responses and everything was lovely when we arrived. Very comfortable apartment, stunning views and a great location. We will definitely come back again and again.
Convenient First Floor, with a lift for convenience, Incredible Sea Views from Three of the four rooms in the Apartment, its both relaxing and a pleasure to wake up to the turquoise & blue sea views with fresh smelling salty breeze first thing in the morning. Usually when i'm there myself, i stroll to the beach for a swim and start my day with a Carajillo (Traditional Spanish coffee) at the Promenade at El Portet beach.(2mins walk from the front door). I can also stroll to the Moraira friday market to buy all my local produce. Its a little tradition of mine to enjoy some muscatel grapes and local cheeses(from the Market) and sit on the balcony, watching all the magnificent boats in the bay. Its Spanish living at its finest, for me. This is highly recommended. I fell in Love with El Portet when i lived and worked in the area in 2003. The people are friendly the Food is superb, never a dull moment. At the time i was working in the property market , i came across this property listed for sale. I just loved the area, its really unique and very popular with the Spanish people . Without hesitation i bought it and renovated it . Both my family and i have enjoyed the pleasure it brings year after year. It simply perfect for a family getaway, or romantic break, any time of the year. I hope you enjoy Blue view and its location as much as my Family and i continue to do.
What makes this property unique
One of my Favourite things about Blue View Apartment( aptly named) is the breathtaking Sea views, i enjoy from almost every room in the apartment, this is one of the many benefits you can enjoy. Stunning. The convenience of a NEW Lift especially when you have a buggy or lots of shopping or suitcases. Sea views from the Master bedroom, the first bedroom and the open plan kitchen and sitting room. Personally i enjoy watching the boats in the bay while preparing some tapas for Lunch and interacting with everyone at the same time. The open Plan kitchen and sitting room allows you to do that, no problem. You can keep an eye on the children too. The sun shines into almost every corner , and considering i am originally from the south of Ireland which is dull and grey for at least six months of year. Enjoying that sun light and bright blue sea glistening every day is sheer heaven for me. I can sit and watch the world go by at sea or on land and soak up everything ,from either my comfortable blue armchair or on the furnished sizeable balcony, or sitting reading from my bed before a lazy siesta. Enjoy the convenience of two private parking spaces(Parking is otherwise a challenge in the summer months). Benefit from a scenic walk into Moraira town (10 min stroll), from the front door by footpath, stopping along the way at a few of the popular viewing spots to photograph the scenery , and enjoy an array of tasty food , while soaking up the Spanish culture and music in the area. It is for me, a Fantastic way to unwind and enjoy the simple things in life. I hope you enjoy Blue View Apartment as much as i do, you wont be disappointed.
