Aparentemente bom e bem equipado.
Apartamento bom e aconchegante, bem equipado, com boa infraestrutura para o lazer, acesso fácil, bem localizado, próximo à praia e com arredores tranquilo e com boa infraestrutura. Proprietária prestativa o tempo todo para resolver quaisquer imprevistos.
Que no meu caso não houve, tudo saiu como planejado, apenas deixo expressa a disposição do proprietário para com o locatário. Recomendo.
