This roomy and tastefully decorated condo was just renovated to include new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new tile floors throughout, fresh paint, new fixtures and ceiling fans, new couch with a Queen memory foam pull out mattress, a King size bed, and new mattresses in 2nd bedroom. Cable/HDTV/Wi Fi.

Direct beach access is right across the street or you can enjoy the nice quiet pool area w/lounge chairs. Washer/dryer combo in unit. End unit with windows in bedrooms and LR, pool view, and balcony with a gorgeous ocean view.

There is also a beautiful lake with a sitting area and covered gazebo behind the property where you can see turtles, ducks and swans.

Surfside is just a few minutes away from all of the Myrtle Beach attractions, airport, shopping and golf courses, but without all of the hustle and bustle. This excellent location is also convenient to the Surfside and Garden City Piers, arcades, and to all of the great restaurant's in Murrell's Inlet.

Beautiful condo, great location

The condo is beautiful and has everything you could need. The location couldn’t be better, you can walk across the street to the beach, or walk down the road to the local restaurants. It’s a short drive to shopping and other attractions. Tanya is a gracious host, making sure you’re comfortable and having a great vacation. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Great condo
