​Casa de Teresita: Modern Loft in Atami La Libertad Costa Surf City Circuit

More than just a house, this modern home in gated parque residencial in Atami is named Casa de Teresita in honor of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She held a deep, lifelong love for the culture and beauty of El Salvador—our 'Cuscatlán.' We have renovated this space to reflect her spirit of hospitality.

She cherished the warmth of its people, the richness of its culture, and the natural beauty of its coastline.

The community has Access to the Leona beach and El Palmarcito Surf Break beach, saltwater pools and breathtaking views from the cliff.

Only the downstairs Unit is available for rental and has two bedrooms! One with a king size bed, the other with a Queen size bed and an air mattress in the premises as maximum capacity is of six people the most.

The upstairs unit will remain unavailable until it reaches it final touches.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure all dishes are washed and cleaned, and the kitchen is left organized. Please gather all used towels and place them in the hamper provided. (Bed sheets can remain on the beds).
Please leave the outdoor grounds clean and gather all trash into garbage bags so our cleaning staff can easily dispose of it
Please clean out the fridge. Any unopened, good food left over is welcome to stay for our local caregivers and cleaning team!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property and bungalow are exactly what I was looking for. 2 walkable beaches, close to good surfing, food, and culture. The host is friendly, kind and helpful. Loved my stay.

Great value - great host

Carlos was very accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasant. He responded promptly to all of our concerns. The house itself is comfortable and a short walk from the beach.

Very beautiful house with all the amenities you will need. A lot of cooking utensils and a beautiful stove top. The house is well accommodated with air-conditioning, which is a huge plus. I love being surrounded by so much greenery. The pool was amazing with a pool cleaner and groundskeeper coming every couple days to keep the place clean. There’s two beaches nearby. One is within walking distance maybe five minutes away from the place not really a swimming beach because it’s too strong but a beautiful beach to spend the day at. Our only gripe is that there weren’t many blankets and that the shower was always cold. Besides that a beautiful house and nothing to complain about you will enjoy your stay at casa Teresita. Carlos is an amazing host very attentive and responsive to any questions I had. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Thank you Carlos!

Isaiah and his family were absolute dream guests! They stayed at Teresita’s House for a full week and filled our home with so much care and warmth. They left the place completely spotless, respected every single house rule, and treated our home as if it were their own. Communication was an absolute breeze from start to finish—Isaiah and Michayla and group was respectful, kind, and incredibly helpful whenever we shared details back and forth. We appreciate them from the bottom of our hearts and would welcome them back anytime with open arms. Highly recommended to any host!

Great experience

The Carlos the owner makes you feel like Family, very accommodating to your needs. The property is in a great location lets you have the experience of mountain and the beach life. The confort and security we experience was priceless and it truly makes you enjoy your stay.

A Nice Bungalo

If you're looking for the Waldorf Astoria, this is not it. However, the property was just as advertised, surrounded by beautiful and luscious vegetation. The area is surrounded by nature, parking is secure behind a gate, and it is very near several restaurants and beautiful beaches. Minor glitches were responded to immediately by the owner, and we were very pleased with the service!

Great property! Would stay again.

The house was very spacious, decorated & furnished nicely, and the added security of the neighborhood was comforting. The pool was the best feature. Carlos was an excellent host, very responsive, and went above & beyond to be accommodating. Disclaimer: there is no hot water, but this seems to be common throughout the country. Door mats would also be helpful since the rain created mud that would be tracked into the house.
