We enjoyed the cabin being located on the river and the privacy. Jack and Christy are very nice and prompt with replies. Cabin is well equipped and very clean. Looking forward to stay again!!

This was our second vacation here with Jack and Christy. They are both excellent hosts/owners, they are easy to talk to, very attentive to every need, a real pleasure to meet. The cabin is gorgeous, immaculate, comfortable and has absolutely everything one could need or want. The fishing was great, nature certainly “puts on a show”, you only need to sit and listen/ watch. Loved the visits from the cows and hummingbirds. Loved the privacy and peacefulness these cabins have. While you feel miles away from the busy world, just a short drive will get you to local attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. The grill and fire pit are huge pluses as well. We look forward to our next visit next year! Best place to rest, relax, renew and have fun!

We loved our stay! Right on the river, super quiet and remote, and so cute inside! The cows from the farm up the hill came down every day to drink from the river, and we just loved it! Will definitely be booking again!

Super nice isolated cabin with the Pigeon River as your front yard. We loved the cows coming down in the afternoon to go stand in the water. We saw Bunnies, Geese, Donkeys, Hawks, and fireflies! We loved that we could venture out and go anywhere and be in a town in 10 minutes, and then return to nothing but nature!

Everything about our trip was amazing. The cabin was gorgeous and view was incredibly peaceful. We met the hosts which went above and beyond our past experiences with other rentals. The hosts were very accommodating and even discussed an alternate route to the highway in the event of bad weather. This is the place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with lots to do within driving distance.

Christy and Jack are awesome and very welcoming. The cabin is well stocked and clean. Spending Valentine’s weekend in this beautiful cabin has been such a blessing. You can truly feel the love, vision, and hard work that went into building it by hand. The cabin was amazing in every way- beautiful and private riverfront setting! Relaxing to hear the rush of the river and the waterfalls right from your porch! The cabin was very nicely decorated for the holidays and was very comfortable for our family. Modern touches but without losing the rustic cabin feel! Jack, our host, was readily available should we need anything - but we honestly had no issues! It was also a nice touch to receive a welcome bottle of wine. I would definitely stay here again if in the Waynesville area!

Beautiful cabin in a serene setting by a gorgeous river. The cabin was immaculate and so welcoming. The front porch is a wonderful spot to curl up and read a book, play board games or enjoy some coffee or wine with the relaxing sounds of the river. We cooked dinner every night and there were plenty of utensils and cookware for our needs. This was one of the few times I was away from home and in no hurry to get back. Next time I will make sure to leave enough time in our itinerary for fishing the river and reading on the front porch.

Our stay at the Riverbend Cabin exceeded our expectations. It didn't feel like a rental, it felt like a home. The view of the river was amazing. Nestled nicely in the woods but close to shops and trails. Very clean and nicely decorated, no detail was overlooked. Jack and Christy were so accommodating. Can't wait to return!

The property was amazing to just kick back and relax. The cabin was stocked with anything we could think of needing (firepit, wood, fishing poles, tackle, grill, gas, cornhole, board ganes, playpen, kitchen cooking and serving wear, etc.). Really well thought out and prepared! We enjoyed short trips to Ashville, Maggie Valley, and Waynesville. At the cabin you feel secluded but really 15 minutws to groceries and resturaunts if thats what you want. Would 100% stay again!!
