The residence is close to Praia do Guaiúba, which with its calm waters attracts families and practitioners of Stand Up Paddle, being ideal for the fun of children. The house is located in front of a wonderful hill, where you can see the lush and preserved Atlantic forest with its diversity of fauna and flora. Suitable place to relax, lie on the hammock, enjoy the birdsong and the wonderful landscape. As it is an ecological reserve, the place only has residences, and the construction of buildings is not allowed, which, consequently, prevents the beach from being always crowded in high season, as is the case with the others in Guarujá.

Colchões péssimo estado, faltando lâmpadas, casa escura, churrasqueira péssima, utensílios de péssima qualidade, tv minúscula, área dos fundos com cimento esfarelando, cama quebrada, ventilador móvel sequer sopra vento (minúsculo) vizinho quebrando piso e serrando grades começando bem cedo pela manhã, no filtro utilizado solicitei ar condicionado e não havia.
