Welcome to your slice of Costa Rican paradise! Our 2000 sq. ft. 2BR/2BA condo is perfect for families or friends. You’ll find a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and a laundry room, plus a patio, a parking space, and (most importantly!) WiFi and A/C.

Nestled near the golf course at Los Suenos Resort, the Colina complex has its own pools with BBQ areas. It’s also just a few minutes' walk from all the resort amenities, including restaurants, bars, the Beach Club, and the marina.

Known for stunning beaches, incredible flora and fauna, and the “pura vida” lifestyle, Costa Rica is one of the world’s best destinations for a sunkissed getaway. Our condo is perfectly suited for tropical vacations for families or friends, and our great location at Los Sueños Resort will ensure you experience all of the highlights.

Our condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an elegant king-size four-poster bed and direct access to the patio, and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. Both bedrooms feature brand-new mattresses, high-quality wood furniture, ceiling fans, 40-inch smart TVs, and plenty of drawer and closet space.

After an exhilarating day at the beach or on the golf course, nothing beats a refreshing shower in a luxurious bathroom! The master bath features a shower/tub combo and two sinks, and the second bathroom has a solo sink and shower. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. Put on one of our cozy bathrobes and pamper yourself!

Surfing, snorkeling, or sunbathing surely works up an appetite, so you’ll appreciate the convenience of our fully equipped kitchen. The stainless steel appliances - full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - are new and definitely chef-worthy. Inside the cabinets, you’ll find cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. And, of course, Caribbean essentials like a coffee maker and a blender. Thirsty? Grab some cold filtered water directly from the fridge.

Dine in style either at the breakfast bar, the dining table, or the outdoor patio table. We love to enjoy breakfast outside when you can hear the birds chirping and feel the cool morning breeze. The breakfast bar also works well for setting up an appetizer smorgasbord or a build-your-own ice cream sundae spread!

Spend the day exploring Costa Rica’s natural beauty, then head back to the condo for some rest and relaxation. Kick back in the living room, where we’ve just added new couches and a brilliant 53-inch smart TV. The smart TVs (including those in the bedrooms) have cable channels and access to all your favorite streaming services, like Netflix. Watch a movie, hang out with your companions, or just take a decadent, air-conditioned nap.

Through the sliding doors directly off the living room is your private patio and garden, which features an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs and a snooze-worthy hammock. Surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flowers, this area is your own tropical oasis.

Please note: there are a few steps inside the unit, down to the master bedroom and to the living room. But there are also steps outside as well. You will walk down 3 gentle flights of 7 stairs each from the parking area.

The entire condo has air conditioning and WiFi, and there is also a washer and dryer. We invite you to make yourselves at home and experience exquisite Costa Rica.

In addition to the condo, patio, and parking, guests have full access to the building’s amenities, including an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, a BBQ area, and a fitness center.

We use this condo as our own vacation home, so we won’t be on-site while you are. We do have a local property manager who can assist with anything you may need, and you can always reach us through the HomeAway app, email, or phone.

We’ll communicate with you before your arrival so that our property manager can give you the keys in person.
